Praying hard, inside the brain that is slowly decaying, rotting away due to age. Solomon, please bring me back to life. I have so much I wanted to do still, so much I wanted to say. I can't die just yet, not until I've done all of them, accomplished what I dreamed of, experienced my hopes and... confess my love for a man.
Around you, everything turned blank. Although confused and afraid, you continuing to beg. Hands placed together, as you kneeled on the floor. Hand sweating, biting your lip and closing your eyes tightly shut. A flash of light suddenly exploded into the endless white space. Solomon had heard your wish.
Your head felt dizzy, as your eyes slowly fluttered open. The previous events suddenly hit you like a punch, sitting up, you hit your head hard on the lid of the coffin. Then you heard voices, laughing, and flirting, your eyes became glassy, before pushing up the lid with all your might.
The light blinded you after weeks inside the tight coffin, vibrant colours of the furniture and the shining jewels and stones. The princess Kouha was flirting with, shrieked at the sight of you, before running out of the door wailing. Watching the door slam shut, you turned your sight to the pink haired man. His face was a mixture of surprise and shame.
"Kouha-" You started, trying to break the uncomfortable silence between you two. It's was understandable, you just revived from the dead. You were just glad he did not freak out and run out of the room with the princess.
"(Y/N)...? But how?! You- You are dead," he exclaimed, taking one step toward you. Flinching at the way he pronounced 'dead', you backed away.
"Solomon brought me back to life," you said briefly, "however, I can explain later. Now, I want you to explain your relationship with that scaredy-cat princess."
"You know already she's the one I'm having an arranged marriage with, there's nothing else to explain," he replied looking at the floor, trying to hold back tears. All of a sudden he felt a pair of arms around his body.
"Even so, I want to confess my love for you, third prince of Kou. Even if you moved on if life, even if you still view me as a dead zombie woman, even if you don't love-"
A warm feeling spread throughout your body, as a pair of lips were placed on yours. "Idiot, of course I loved you. I don't know what to do when you're dead, I didn't even felt like living. That's why I excepted that princess, a painful reminder of how weak I was."
"I'm back now," you whispered rubbing his back in a soothing tone. Placing your ear near his chest, you felt steady and calming heart beats, Kouha was not lying, why do you even doubt him? Why did you even doubt his love for you even as a dead woman?
