"Are you disappointed?"
You buried you head into your knees, a worn blanket draped over you, like a awkward hug in comfort. The iPad that lay on your desk, it's glowing screen illuminating the messy table. Uncountable scrunched up papers littered you desk, the bin already buried under the mountains of drafts and ideas. That will lay untouched, unused.
You walked wearily to the screen, constant notifications popped and disappeared. Theres was a bang at the door, however, you ignored it. Knowing full well who the person is, allowing your new door to be destroyed by your hot head boyfriend. There was a slam, foot steps echoed through the cold halls, kicks, with many door casualties you failed to rescue.
"Oi (Y/N)! Why didn't you answer my texts? Why didn't you read me messages? You didn't reply to my call! Are you okay?!" He yelled, his voice a mixture of anger and concern.
Without turning to him, you mumbled an apology.
"I don't want to hear that, I just want an explanation from you," Judal explained, lowering his voice. Walking toward you, he wrapped his muscular arms around you in a warm, fluffy hug. Stroking your hair, he kissed you cheek.
"Is everything okay?"
A single tear dropped off your cheek, and onto the cold hard floor. Soon, you exploded into tears.
"I left everyone in the dark, you, everyone. I'm sorry, I can't even muster a apology, you are there for me. They are there for me. Yet, why am I not there for them? I don't want them to watch me drown in sorrows, but, why are you all watching me, comforting a person that abandoned you all?"
Judal listened patiently, he patted your back.
"(Y/N), a courageous person will still walk up that empty stage, stand there and talk to the audience that's still there. Everyone is still here because they are waiting, and they care. They never think you abandoned them, I don't think u abandoned us. All the characters are constantly performing the same stories, to new people and the ones who stayed! No one will leave u if you left!"
Wiping the tears away, you nodded in agreement. Clicking on the wattpad app, you are ready to go home.
"you live inside every story, every chapter of this book, and shall stay."
