Lacy let's out a frustrated sigh at the characters poor choice from the novel she was reading. She was sat in the library, enjoying her time alone. After getting angry with Melia yesterday she still was a little upset with her so she decided to go to the library to hopefully relieve herself of the anger for her sister
The sound of tires screeching startled Lacey, it sounded all to familiar. Bowers. Lacey looked around to see if anyone else heard it but nobody seemed bothered. As her eyes sifted through the library a boy came running in and began quickly gathering his belongings. Ben Hanscom.
Lacey only knew the boy because on the last day of school word went around that Henry and his goons were looking for him. He probably heard the tires and decided it was time to go. Bowers will be waiting for him out there, Lacey thought. But there's only one exit, and Henry would already be there. Ben will walk right into them
Lacey quickly closes the book and looks for the boy; he wasn't in there
"Shit" Lacey eyes widen as she hurriedly leaves the book on the table she sat at and sped walked out of the library. Once outside Lacey begins to look around for the boy but he's no where to be seen, Henry's car is parked off to the side he has to be near. They must've already got him, Lacey concludes
"Help! Help! Let me go!"
Panicked pleas is what gets Lacey's attention once more. She quickly runs towards the screams to see Ben pinned against a fence with Belch, Victor, and Patrick holding him still. Henry was hitting him
"Hey! Let him go!" Lacey shouts giving Henry a shove. He only moves a bit but it'd enough for Lacey to stand in front of Ben, blocking him from Henry's hits
"Get lost shitbag" Henry glares
"No, not until you leave him the hell alone, dipshit" Lacey glares back
"Alright. You had your chance. Get her Patrick" Henry shrugs
"Wh-" Lacey is cut off by Patrick grabbing her and pinning her to the fence right besides Ben
"Fucking hell" Lacey mutters, Ben just looks over at her with a scared expression
"Now, where were we. This is gonna be twice as fun now that we got two of 'em" Henry taunts while Patrick, Belch, and Victor just smirk
"Wait till I tell Melia that you and your asswipe friends layed your hands on me Henry. She'll leave your sorry ass quicker than your dad makes you cry" Lacey threatens with a smirk, trying to seem as if she wasn't scared. But boy was she terrified, she knew what Henry could do when he's angry
