A day is all I need......

Prompt:

Write an Elizabethan sonnet! You can write about any topic, but must use the sonnet form. Your sonnet should have 14 lines and use the following rhyme scheme: A B A B C D C D E F E F G G

My poem:

So, there’s this guy.

I don’t know if it’s love but my emotions are strong

I should’ve tried

But i let fear convince me we were wrong.

I’ve written many poems about him.

I post them online, hoping he’d read one.

Life seems so dim.

Without him, things aren’t as fun.

I saw him with this girl

She was beautiful, and he was smiling brighter than ever

Seeing that smile not for me,I wanted to hurl.

Allowing us to pull apart,was something that shouldn’t of happened. Never.

I want to be happy for him.

I hope his smile remains pure,and his love filled to the brim.

..............yea so some of my poems were better then the others.......
