"you know it's a little too cold outside for this girl "

" but imagine the people that have to live like this "

Today I wanted to volunteer myself and Marley to help serve the community with soup and coffee.

It's the least we can do it on cold day like this in Detroit.

I had three tables set for the equipment.

" look Atleast it's sunny outside "

" well it sure doesn't feel like it " she tightening up her jacket.

I look in the distance to see people coming.

" look Marley their is people coming "

" well hopefully the come quickly im ready to get this over with " she said shivering.

" good morning " I said to the women who was bundle up in worn out jackets. They looked pretty heavy for her body.

" hey suga what y'all got here " she said looking the display.

" some soup and coffee ma'am "

I fixed her soup while Marley made her coffee.

" I appreciate this so much God is going to bless y'all "

" thank you miss " I said to her

After serving her more people start to show up. It was a good thing it was starting to warm up.

" I guess so "

I wanted to see who they was talking about.

As we got closer to the park I start to see folks with paper plates and cups.

I figure it must been a group of people doing this.

" aye there they go " Dub said

It was two women but the one with the blue peacoat caught my attention.

I watched as she continuously fix food for the people standing in the line.
