Lonely Love: Gladion X Reader

Chapter Forty-Seven

-(y/n)'s P.O.V-

I awoke in an unfamiliar setting.

How did I get here? The last thing I remember is...

... Gladion... And the snake biting me...

"How're you feeling?" I heard a doctor ask me.

"I'm doing well. When can I leave?" I questioned.

"In about an hour, once your mom signs you out." The doctor explained.

.. Great... I have to wait... Just great...

"Thanks for getting me out of the hospital. All the white was driving me crazy!" I thanked my mom, as we headed home.

"No problem." Mom said, as she helped me into the car.

"Hey, where's Gladion?" I questioned.

"He's still sleeping." My mom explained.

"Oh, I see... And what about that man?" I asked, though we both who I meant.

"He left. Said that he needed time to be able to prove that he's changed. Though we both know that that's some bullshit." Mom said.

"Yeah." I responded.

The rest of the drive home was silent.

"Here we are." Mom said, as we approached the house.

Once we got out, we headed inside. Though, to my surprise, Gladion was waiting for me, with some get-well flowers, and (chocolate/treat).

"How're you feeling?" Gladion asked.

"Wonderful." I said with a smile, before running (Well, more like sped-walked) up to Gladion, and hugged him.

Gladion then pulled my chin up, and kissed me.

It felt amazing; a passionate fire. I've never felt better; ever.

"Ahem!" I heard mom say.

Gladion and I quickly pulled apart.

"Sorry, Mrs. (y/l/n)." Gladion apologized.

"It's fine. Just... Next time... Try to be more private, okay?" Mom asked.

"Sure." I said, blushing like crazy.

"I must be going to work now. Enjoy yourselves... But not too much. I don't want to become a grandmother yet." Mom said, before leaving.

... Mom!

"S-Sorry about her." I apologized.

"It's fine. Well, what would you like to do?" Gladion questioned.

"Movie marathon!" I exclaimed.

Gladion laughed.

"I figured you'd say that." Gladion said, before turning on the TV.

We both then snuggled up, and began watching (Anything).

My life isn't perfect; it's not even close. But right now, for me, everything's just right.

After all, I have Gladion with me. But, I have a feeling that this is just the beginning...

Here we are; the end of the story. I do have a plan for a sequel, in which I do plan to write. But, it may be a while before I get it out; mainly because I have so many other stories I'm currently working on. I just can't focus completely on this story's sequel. I hope you can understand.
