luke was in a really bad mood horrible even. he felt empty inside, he just wanted to cry but he couldn't get any tears to come out. mostly  he wanted ashton to come cuddle with him but he didn't want to come off as clingy

penguinlover69: i really want to cuddle with the guy i like but i don't wanna text him and be clingy

idontknow69: yolo right, just ask him to come hang out.

penguinlover69: you're right, he wouldn't think anything of it.

luke smiled a bit at the reassurance he desperately needed and grabbing his phone to texting ashton

luke : can you come through to my room?
ashton : omw

"hi" luke said as the door opened

"what's up luke" ashton asked looking slightly concerned

tears pricked luke's eyes and he blinked fast, he really didn't want to start crying in front of ashton. ashton could tell luke was fighting back tears

"luke" ashton said pulling him into a hug rubbing circles into his back as luke let the tears fall down his cheeks and sobs rack his body.

"please stay with me" he whispered into ashton's shoulder. ashton's heart broke a bit at how broken luke sounded in that moment.

"i won't luke i promise"

luke felt empty and when ashton asked him what was wrong he didn't know how to possibly explain it so he just said what first popped into his head.

"i feel empty like there are no feelings. i've spent all day trying to cry but nothing happened until you got here. i just, i need someone ash."

ashton nodded actually understanding what luke said even though luke didn't think he would.

"i get that luke" ashton said pulling him into his side wrapping his arm around his shoulders "you mean everything to me luke, okay? do you wanna lay down? we can watch a movie or something"

luke laughed lightly, a few more years falling from his eyes and he nodded. ashton wiped away luke's tears and grabbed his hand, walking to one of the queen beds. they laid down and turned on something mind numbing until they both fell asleep.
