it then came to awarked silence until my mom yelled that it was time for dinner and we looked at each other before i grabbed the plate of cookies and signed. "welp thats our que we better get down there before they think we are up to something. He then chuckled and rubbed his hand on his chest. "I suppose so." After we fixed our plates kent took a seat across from me and bit into his chicken. "mmm..mrs kelly this is some good chicken". My mom then looked up from her plate running her fork through her greens. "well thank you kent hopefully i can cook for you more often." She then looked over at me as i bit into my chicken. "So kent tell us about you ?" my mom asked as we continued eating.. "umm well Im orginial from brookyln, but I moved down about 2 years ago to help my mom out she has cancer. My mom then scoffed before placing her hand on her cheek. "oh kent im so sorry i didn't mean to ..." He scoffed and took a sip of his drink "its no biggie im pratical use to talking about it now" I then bit into my chicken and glanced at it before my mouth started watering i then gaged and scooted back from the table running for the bathroom.

After i was done making a fool out of myself i slid down the wall and started to cry out bringing my knees in and putting my head down. I had really fucked up i wasn't ready for this all that shit i was talking i wanted an abortion. I then heard a knock at the door and got up quickly . "come in!". i dried my eyes and proceeded to flushing the toilet. "baby are you ok?" my mom asked sincerely rubbing my back. "yeah im fine just a lil stomach bug i think its the kids at school they all got the stomach virus." She then gave me a blank look and smiled. "ohh ok well go lay down and i will bring you something to sooth your stomach.". I then noded and walked out going to my room. I didn't know how long i could keep this lie going...but i wasn't gonna let my parents know. I just know they where gonna be so dissapointed in me especially my dad but hell who cared it wasn't like he was always around anyway. I ploped down on my bed and grabbed my teddy turning on the tv. Until i got a knock on the door like always. "mmm...come in". I semi-yelled looking at the door. It was kent he was smiling carrying a big ass slice of german chocolate cake . "ummm i was finna get ready to head out but your mom made a cake so you know i had to bring you a slice and because i didn't wanna eat it alone. I then smiled and shook my head, I don't think i need a big slice of cake after i just puked everywhere . He then sat beside me alone with his cake and slid mine in my lap. "Hey cake makes the pain go away." I then laughed pushing him . "What! I know you fuckin lying". (ingotdamnzo voice) He then began eating his cake as as i doddle around with mine. He then stood up and fixed his jacket looking at his watch "how about you let me take you out tonight.?" I then gave him that nigga please look. He laughed and rubbed my cheek."look girl im just tryna show you out to a good time and i know you bord plus i got a gig there". My face then fell . "Got a gig where? you sing?". He noded and smiled yeah at cxtrius ". ohh i looked around before swinging my feet well I just met you so i don't know last time i went on a date with a guy i JUST met shit went left way to fast...I then got quiet and went into another zone, Before i knew it kent was snapping his fingers in my face. I laughed once again sitting my cake to the side. "ok i guess ill go but no funny business"! He then stepped back putting his hands up "hey no funny business." "Iite cool ill pick you up at 8:45 its 7:30 now so ima hit you back." I noded and stood up as he walked out . I shook my head and smiled he was so freakimg cute but i wasn't finna go through the same shit again. My mom then came in and leaned against my door. "sooo you got a date with the cutie . I shurgged and blushed. "umm well i wouldn't exactly call it thaaat." She laughed and noded her head "mmm.. ok well i got just the perfect outfit its from my clothing line". ! "its gonna be epic ." I screamed and kicked my heels while listening to music and looking up hair style ideas. After I found the perfect simple style i got in the tub and relaxed .
