"Detention is gonna suck!" Colton complained.
"Yea probably."
"You guys want to come to one hell of a party tonight?" Jax smirked.
Nathan raised an eyebrow, "will the chics be hot?"
Colton laughed, "dude Gabriella and MacKenzie will be there, so hell no!"
Jax grinned michevously, "I told you it will be one hell of a party."
"Will Catiyln be there?" Colton turned to me.
I nodded, "yea and so will Cole."
"Shit...." he muttered.
Jax smirked, "yea maybe you'll get a slap and you can put in your baby book!"
Nate grinned michevously, "when anyone asks who your first kiss was you can say Catiyln slapped me."
Colton glared at them, "shut the fuck up!"
They both laughed.
I smiled deviously, "yup flicking Cole off and getting tackled to the ground is the closest you're gonna get to getting laid."
"She just roasted ya!" Landon shouted.
"Oh fuck!" I muttered.
"What?" Jax stiffened.
"Here comes Xavier."
All the guys shot daggers at Xavier.
"What the hell do you want?" I forced a smile.
"What is it I hear about a party?"
"Yea, show up at Valerie's at six."
"Wait? I'm invited?!"
I nodded, "yea I decided to get over our little misunderstanding."
Haha! Hell no!
He smiled, "great I'll be there."
The other guys just grinned.
I smirked, "bring your leather jacket."
"Why?"
"Because you look hot as hell in it."
"Ok, sure I'll bring it."
Once he left; we all erupted in laughter.
"I can't believe he bought that!" Nathan snickered.
A flash of jealousy appeared in Jax's eyes but it was covered up as quickly as it came.
"I can't wait to see that horrifed look on that bitch's face!" I screeched.
What we didn't know was that Mrs. Jackass (Mrs. Jackson) was watching our conversation.
"Exuse me!" She coughed.
I looked up, "yea?"
"What are you talking about?"
"A TV show."
"A TV show?"
Jax nodded, "yep, called the bitch that escaped his own lies."
She actually looked convinced, "really? I should watch it sometime."
We all forced a smile.
Thank God she soon left our table.
Gabriella gave me a suspicious look but I ignored it.
Finally five years later, the bell rang.
"Thank the Lord."
On my way out of class I swear I saw Xavier wink at me......

At about 3:00 we all arrived at Mr. Mack's room for after school detention.
An hour of hell, hear I come.
I slid in a seat in the back row by Jax's friends.
Xavier soon joined us in the back row: sitting next to me. Oh goodie...!
"Is this seat taken?"
I shook my head sadly, "no."
"Great!"
Mr. Mack was snoring at his desk probably didn't even know that he had detention today.
"Got any names for him?" Jax leaned over; whispering in my ear.
"Hmmm? Mr. Dumback? Or Mr. Mackfucker?"
He grinned michevously, "the second one."
I laughed, "yep its nice isn't it?"
He smiled, "yes."
Xavier glared at Jax, "do you mind?" He coughed impatiently.
"Do you have a mind? Clearly you don't dumbass!" Jax snapped.
He growled, "can you just leave her alone before you break her heart."
He laughed dryily, "you mean like you did."
"I apologized repeatedly. Alright? I didn't mean to!" He practically shouted.
"But the fact is you did!" Catiyln argued, "can't you see that! You not only slept with someone but it was her sister! And she clearly liked you and you were too blind to get your shit together and see it."
All the happiness that was there in Language arts left his eyes, "is this any of your business?!"
Colton growled, "if you weren't such a fuckboy we wouldn't have to be in your 'business'."
Xavier narrowed his eyes, "she forgave me, now drop it!"
"Fucking make me bitch!" Insisted Jax.
Xavier glared at him, "what do you want from me?" He begged me.
"You to stop being such a damn disappointment," I muttered.
"I thought we were good now," he pressed.
"We'll be good when you grow up and stop being a player."
His happiness disappeared again and I wasn't sorry about it.
I still wasn't gonna forgive him and I don't know if he'll ever realize that whatever he does won't change that. He hurt me and he thinks he can apologize. Hell no.

Thank God, now I can fix my hair.
I stared at my messed up eye liner in the mirror, "oh Lord..." I thought to myself.
The bathroom door slammed shut; my eyes darkened at Gabriella standing in the doorway.
"What the hell do you want?!" I grifted my teeth.
She smirked, "I told you to stay away from Jax didn't I?"
I slowly nodded, "yea but why are you in here?"
She smiled evilly, "I will make your life a living hell."
I rolled my eyes, "no need Xavier already does."
She walked closer to me and I could smell her breath mint.
I backed up until I could go no further, "what are you doing?" I squeaked.
"Oh this is too easy."
I growled, "fuck off!"
"Hmm? Nah not until you leave Jax alone he will never really like just for show."
I smirked, "just like you did to him?"
She gripped my wrist, leaving clawmarks.
I winced in pain, "stop!"
She cackled, "innocent little Emmy."
I narrowed my eyes, "I'll sue you!"
She laughed, "hun, no one will believe you."
"Let me go!"
She released me and my wrist was red as blood.
I pushed past her and ran out of the school.
Jax stopped me, "what the fuck happened to you?!"
"Nothing."
He pulled my chin up to face him, "what happened?! Tell me Emily right now! Did Xavier do this to you? I swear I'll kill that bitch."
I shook my head, "no. It was Gabriella...."
His eyes darkened, "I'll kill that son of bitch."
"Jax, you don't have to do that. I'm fine."
"Bullshit!"
"Please! She'll hate me! She hates when she sees me with you. She'll get revenge! Jax." I broke down.
He wrapped me in his arms for a hug, "Emmy its okay."
"No it isn't."
"I won't let her fucking touch you again, you're my best friend."
My heart broke into a million pieces. I thought maybe deep down he liked me but Gabriella was right he will never like me like that.
