"What are you doing here Dean? Dead, I mean.", she questions.
'It's Cas. He's dead, I want you to bring him back.", I say.
"You know I can only bring back a human, not an angel or a demon.", she replies.
"I know, but I need him. I want him to live instead of me.", I say.
"You've changed.", she tells me.
"I know. That's what happens when you are in love.", I say.
"Too bad. I can't bring Cas back. I can't bring him back Dean, I'm sorry.", she says. " But, I can bring you back and when you go back you will no longer be a demon." Next thing I know I wake up in the motel bedroom.
"Dean.", Sam says looking shocked that I am awake.
"Hey Sam.", I reply. I look around and see Cas on the bed next to me.
"So, what did Billie say?", he asks.
"That she couldn't bring Cas back.", I say.
"What?", Sam asks me shocked. "Why not?"
"She said she can't bring back angels or demons.", I say.
"You mean..", he trails off.
"Yeah. I'm no longer a demon.", I say.
"Oh. That's great. Ben is dead.", he says.
"Good. He deserves to be dead. Not Cas. Cas didn't deserve to die. Every time I think about Cas, all it does is remind me that he is gone, and he is never coming back. No one can bring him back.", I say and then I hear a noise, and look over and see Jack in the doorway.
"Castiel.", he says with his eyes glowing yellow.
"Get out.", I say and Jack leaves.
5 hours later
We are driving down the road in my car and I can't stop thinking about Cas. I miss him so much. Suddenly I get a call that says unknown number. "Hello?", I ask.
"Hello, Dean", a familiar voice says. Cas? "I am at payphone #11, by the church.", he says.
"On my way.", I say and hang up.
"Who was that?", asks Sam, "Dean?", he says when I don't reply. I just drive to the location that Cas gave me and I see a figure by the telephone pole. I get out of the car.
"Cas?", I ask and he turns around. He's alive.
