Kisses In The Rain (Namjin)

Description: Jin finds his secret crush still at the school with no umbrella and it's pouring outside. He goes to see if he's okay and finds out that he's been waiting until the rain dies down before he walks home. Jin decides to help him since he fortunately had an umbrella.

Jin's POV:
I finally just got done with the study body meeting. Since I'm the president, I was the last one to leave as I gathered all of the papers from the secretary to make the new agenda for the next meeting.

Once I finally finished the new agenda, I packed my stuff up, turned the lights off, and locked the classroom where we held our meetings at.

As I was nearing the exit of the school, I noticed that it was raining pretty hard outside. I knew that it was going to rain at some point in the evening today, so I came to school prepared with an umbrella.

I grabbed the umbrella I put in my backpack before walking out and opening it up. Once it clicked into placed, I adjusted my jacket to keep myself warm and then I was off to my house. I don't live that far at all, maybe like a seven minute walk and that's it. 

As I was starting to leave the school though, I noticed a guy standing under the awning at the end of the school building. As I got closer, I could see that it was Kim Namjoon, my crush. I don't know why but I decided to stop to talk to him.

"Are you okay?" I questioned him.

"Oh, yeah. Just waiting for the rain to die down a little before I walk home. I forgot to bring an umbrella today," he explained.

"Well, I don't think it's gonna die down anytime soon. It's getting pretty late now. You don't live that from me right?" I asked.

"You're Kim Seokjin huh? I only live down the road before yours," he said.

"I can walk you home if you want. We can share my umbrella," I asked shyly. He thought about it for a second, before shrugging his shoulders and joining me under the umbrella. The walk there was kind of awkward though. No body was talking.

"What were you still doing at the school?" He suddenly asked me.

"Oh, I had a meeting today with the study body," I told him.

"Ah, makes sense," I said.

"Have you been waiting there that whole time since school got let out?" I asked him.

"Yeah, I really didn't want to get wet. I catch colds pretty easily," he said.

"Oh, why didn't you call someone to come pick you up then?" I asked him.

"My parents are still at work right now and my only friend is too lazy to get out of bed to come help me," he lightly chuckled.

"I see," I said before I noticed that we were in front of his road now.

"Well this is my stop. If you want, I can walk you home to make sure you get there safely," he said.

"No, I'll be fine. I only live right there," I said as I pointed to my house on the corner of the next road over. "I'm pretty sure I'll make it to there just fine. Plus, I am the one with an umbrella and not you," I said while lightly laughing.

"Good point. Well I guess this is see you later then. Thanks for helping me get home by the way. I would've of been waiting there at the school for a very long time if it wasn't for you," he said.

"No problem, I'll see you around then," I said while giving him a smile. Then all of a sudden I felt a pair of lips on my own. I completely froze in my spot with my eyes growing wide.

"Have a good night, thank you once again," he said before giving me a cheesy smile and running off to his house.

I was still completely baffled. I could feel the heat rising to my cheeks and my heart beating quickly. I lifted my hand to my lips to touch them. I instantly started to smile, thinking about the kiss that I just shared with my crush.
