Back in the court room in the same seats as before Draco looked over his shoulder to Harry and Sirius. Sirius nodded to him and Harry met his eyes. Draco turned when his mother touched his wrist.

"Sirius will make sure he steps out if he needs to." His mother whispered in his ear.

Draco nodded

"We have come to the decision that we need more information before we can make a verdict." Fudge addressed the court  before turning to Narcissa.

"Has anyone else in besides those in your home seen what Lucius is capable of?"

"Yes. Dobby the house elf. I believe Hogwarts has employed him." Narcissa said

"And this Dobby was he your elf?" Fudge asked

"Yes. Harry Potter helped free him from Lucius's wrath. I'm sure he'd speak with you if Harry asked him to." Draco said. "He's very fond of Harry."

"Mr. Potter would you please take the floo to Professor McGongall's office and ask Dobby to help you?" Fudge addressed Harry.

"Of course Sir." Harry quickly stood and left the room

"In the meantime I'd like to ask about a rumor. One I think Mr. Potter shouldn't have to hear. Did Lucius help he-who-must-not-be-named come to power?"

"Yes. He was a devoted servant to anyone with any power at all. Especially people skilled in the dark arts." Narcissa nodded

"Did he believe this to be a hobby of some sort?" Fudge asked

"The dark arts is no hobby. It's devotion." Lucius spoke for the first time since court had commenced

"So you admit to being involved in the dark arts?"

"I never said that."

"Then why correct the Minister?" A lady in an awful shade of pink asked

"Yes thank you Miss Umbridge."

Lucius sank further into his chair
