Genin Missions

It's been a month since Team 7 became Genin and Mito still resided in the hospital after a month from internal bleeding and head trauma. Kushina hasn't been present on any of Team 7's missions yet. Yamato was released a week after the incident occurred. The degrading D-rank missions they were given were completed by Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi, Yamato and Kakashi would alternate every other mission. Currently Team 7 was assigned to locate and capture a missing cat named Tora, seemingly to their disdain that particular cat has ran away before. 
"Do any of you see the target?" Through a radio headset they all are equip with that question was now floating around the same frequency. It's Kakashi Hatake's voice that was heard as team leader.
"No, haven't spotted the mangy thing yet" Sasuke's voice whispered through the headsets frequency in a response to Kakashi's earlier question. 
"It's not feral, Teme!. Wait, I see Tora. I'll get her" Naruto's frigid voice was heard last as it echoed into the headsets. Naruto walked out of the overgrowth of the landscape with Tora curled up in his arm. 
"Red ribbon on the right ear and brown fur, yep it's a positive ID. If only it was that easy the last few times" Sasuke spoke out and sighed annoyed at the fact it was easy for Naruto to catch Tora. 
"Last times? So this isn't your first escape is it little one?" Naruto questioned out loud as Tora Purred happily. He scratched her head gently and calmly.  
"Yeah, I've caught her twice now. It's your first since you missed the other three missions we had last month. Your such a dobe!" Angered and annoyed at his team mates absence from the previous missions. Naruto recalled his conversation with Sasuke about his absence after he returned for their 4th mission (1st for Naruto). Submerged in his memories Naruto spaced out the rest of the way to the Ninja Academy for mission report.

Naruto recalls waking up in a comfortable bed. Looking around the room he was in, he is positive the bed was his own. Stripping himself of the sheets binding his body, he sat up and hung his legs over the edge of the bed. Touching the floor with his bare feet, Naruto stood. Feeling a light constriction around his abdomen and his left shoulder. Removing the bandages immediately as he saw them, Kagura strolled into the room. 
"Your awake!" Shocked to see Naruto out of bed and all the bandages removed from his body. 
Staring blankly at Kagura with nothing to say to her, Kagura instinctively shrunk backwards at his hardened stare. 
"N-Naruto, you've been recovering for three days... H-How... are you feeling?" Kagura questioned frightened by the demonic stare. Naruto ignored her and glided his way into the living room. Seeing Snake and Shisui sitting at the table Naruto sat beside them quietly. 
"You're looking well, Naruto. You should be glad I ran off when I woke, I wouldn't have  found you and brought you back home for treatment" Shisui spoke out with a smile. Relief coursed through Shisui and Naruto's forms alike, to know their friend is well. 
"Where is he? Snake!" Naruto voice projected frustration across the table. 
"He's headed back home. He stayed the first night after fixing your seal and then left the following afternoon" Naruto's eyes widen when the Jinchuriki seal was mentioned. Narrowing his gaze at the question now forming in his mind. Could he have been the one to tamper with the seal? Purposely tampering with it so he could rewrite it? these questions now clouded Naruto's mind even a month later.
"I see" Naruto stood from his chair then strolled over to the front door. 
"I'm going to meet Sasuke. Shisui if you wish to join I'll need you to wear this" Naruto suggested handing Shisui a custom Anbu mask Naruto holds onto. The Anbu mask was indeed custom made and different then  any other in the Five Great Nation. Totally inverse coloring of a blue printed Anbu mask. Shisui nodded and took hold of the Anbu mask being extended to him, then they both body flicker to the Uchiha compound.
