She said leaning in and kissed him.
Erik was surprised but gave in to her gentle kiss. He was in a pure state of bliss, he felt like he could kiss her everyday.
Christine slowly took off his mask and kissed his deformed cheek. Erik now knew that he was in love with her. She accepted him for who he was not just his money or his fame but for all of him.
When Christine pulled away Erik's eyes looked into her blue ones. The look in his eyes showed nothing but love. Christine smiled knowing that they both felt the same. Even without word she knew he loved her.

Erik kissed her again loving each moment he was with her. Christine's heart fluttered at the thought of Erik and her together for a lifetime.

Erik said pulling away.
"Erik I love you more that life it self." She said putting her hand on his deformed face.
"Christine will you please stay with me and love me for who I am?"
He said almost pleading
"Yes! Of course Erik!"
She said wrapping her arms around his neck and kiss him clumsy but still lovingly.
"Christine I have decided that we will not preform ill muto instead the company will preform a opera that I wrote called Don Juan Triumphant. You will be playing the lead."
"O Erik that's amazing, but you don't always have to give me the lead roles."
"I believe that you have the best voice fit for this role so you will preform as the lead."
"Thank you Erik I'm so grateful!"
She said hugging him tightly.
"Shall we start practice tomorrow?"
"Yes. I am quite tired actually."
"How about I show you to this bedroom."
Erik and Christine walked hand in hand to the bedroom. Christine settled under the covers and Erik started to leave.
"Erik wait. This might seem sudden but can you stay with me until I fall asleep? I have horrible nightmares."
"Of course Christine."
He said pulling back the blankets and getting in next to Christine. She rested her head in his chest and slowly closed her eyes. Erik just noticed that he did not have his mask in and she didn't mind at all. "O Christine you will be the death of me." He said to himself as he felt his eyes grow heavy. He slowly drifted off to sleep next to his one and only love Christine Daae.
