Buried in his covers, the light shining through his curtains began to wake you. You furrowed your brows, keeping your eyes closed.
Neither of you did much last night; just spending time reading and laughing with eachother — after finding books you both had no idea the tower held.
You opened your, now, squinting eyes. You took a deep breath, ready to wake up a little better. "Up?" You heard, but you hummed; you must've been up for a long time last night as you were still pretty tired. Opening one eye properly, you looked at Loki. He was laying in bed, a hand under under his head, as he was finishing off one of the books from last night. You smiled to yourself, and closed your eyes again.
A moment had passed, and you could hear knocking at his door. "Who is that?" You muttered. "I'm not quite sure." Just as he finished speaking, Natasha's voice was heard. "Loki, are you awake? Y/N isn't in her room, do you know if she went out? I need to ask her if she doesn't mind going somewhere with me." Loki ignored them, knowing that you were safe where you were. "Loki?!" Loki groaned under his breath. Thor was there too.
"Brother, we answer when we are asked a question!" Thor said, knocking on the door with his fist. Loki finished his book and huffed, putting it down, turning on his side to face you; away from his door. "Loki! I will count to three and if you do not answer, I will walk in." Thor explained, firmly. You whispered his name, "Loki...?" "It's locked," He whispered back, with a small smug smile on his face for a moment.
The two of you listened to Thor count down slowly, then attempt to open the door. "Loki!" He groaned out in annoyance. Thor, then, spoke to Natasha and apologised for Loki. A silent couple of minutes passed, and Thor was back. Without notice, the door flung open and hit into the wall with a bang.
Loki slowly got up, and looked to the door; unimpressed. Looking up, horribly tired, you looked at the broken door handle and lock. Sighing, you fell back into one of his pillows.
"You guys are sleeping together?" Natasha asked. Loki looked back to you, then replied for you. "We were reading last night, it got late and, well, we ended up sleeping together." "Right... and nothing else?" She asked, a small smirk on her face. "No. Nothing else at all." He replied bluntly. "Brother, if this is why you weren't answering, you could have just told us!" Thor grinned widely. "I didn't want to bother Y/N, she's really tired," Loki explained, looking back to you for a second.
"Are these feelings, Loki?" Thor asked, happily. "Pardon me?" "Do you like Y/N?" He asked, making you smile. Loki didn't respond with a straight answer, "I, surely, should make sure what is mine is properly cared for." Natasha cleared her throat, "So, that's what's happened? When?" "Two weeks yesterday." Loki replied quickly. Natasha nodded, smiling, then shrugged, "It's about time." "My brother and Y/N are dating?" Thor asked, hoping he wasn't wrong.
