~Chapter 11: What Happens at Our Meet and Greets~
"Come on Dani you can't spend all this time in the bathroom trying to look less like yourself." Rider says
"Oh shut up Rider!" Dani says from the other side of the door
Me and Rider already have been waiting 15 minutes and we don't want to wait any longer for this chick who we call our friend to put on makeup and try to look pretty.
"Dani you know that our fans don't care what you look like and neither do we. Right Rider?" I say
"Wait what oh yeah!"
The bathroom door opens to reveal Dani with big bright red lips and a lot of maskara.
"Woah!" Rider and I both say
"I think you might have over done it on the makeup, sweetie." Rider says and Dani pushes him
"Alright move aside." I say pushing Dani out of the way so I can go into the bathroom
"Hey I wasn't done." Dani whines
"Well you're done for now." Rider says
I check my hair and it looks normal.
"Let's go." I say
"But I haven't done my hair yet!" Dani pouts
"There's no time for hair just fans." Rider says as we push Dani down the hall
We get to the front door of my house and Dani stops us.
"Hold on I forgot something."
"If it's to do you're hair, you can't." I say
"No the camera. We need to record a video for our fans who couldn't make it to the meet and greet." She says pushing past us to get to camera that's sitting on the counter
She runs back over to us with the camera in her hands.
"Are you ready to go now?" Rider asks impatiently
"Yes we are." Dani says and we walk outside
Dani walks our first, then Rider and last me closing and locking the door behind me.
We get into Rider's car like we normally do and Rider drives off to the mall where the meet and greet is.
We pull into the mall parking lot and we hop out of Rider's car and jog to the entrance. I walk inside almost immediately we are attacked by our fans. Also note that I said almost and right before they can rip any piece of clothes from our bodies a body gaurd blocks them and we run over to the meet and greet table.
"Beatrice." I say into one of the mics as we sit down at the table
"I'm Divergent Bitch!" They yell back
"Alright guys let's get this thing started." Rider yells into the mic and everyone screams so loud they could probably be heard form Mexico
"As you all know we are We_Shining_Stars and I'm Dani and to my left is Jay and to my right is Rider." Dani says as calm as she can while she walks around with the camera in her hands pointing it at our fans and they jump and scream
We get the meet and greet started and we take pictures with them and talk to them a little bit before moving on to the next person. We also sign posters for them or even phone cases we also signed those when thy were shoved in our faces. Some of our fans even hand us posters they made themselves.
I have to admit this is the best meet and greet we have ever had and we have had only like three. We had a really big turn out this time.
Both Rider and I stand up from our seats and walk over so we at the edge of the stage and we turn around so our backs are facing our fans and we fall back and they catch us and while they lift us around the crowd and they are screaming and crying and doing all sorts of stuff and one person stole a bracelet right off my wrist but oh well it's not like that was given to me by my grandmother who passed away, well it was but she didn't give we just one, more like 10 bracelets.
Then they bring us back to the stage and I grab a mic.
"Alright guys before we end this we are going to have three lucky people to come up here." I say into the mic
"We hope you placed you're names in this bowl before this started." Rider says as he holds up the bowl above his head
"Without further ado Dani is going to pick first." I say and Dani stands up and picks up a name
"Alright can I have Samantha Louis to come up here." Dani says into the mic
We see a girl slowly walk to the stage with her hands over her mouth with a surprised look on her face.
Once the girl is up on the stage Dani hugs her before Rider and I do.
"Alright Samantha you are Dani's Fan For The Day." I say like a game show host and Samantha jumps up and down
"Oh my god! I always wanted to be Dani's Fan of The Day!" She says excitedly
"Alright next up is Rider." I say as he reaches down into the bowl
"Let's see how about Annabell Jenson." Rider says
Once again another comes up and she looks like she is about to cry. Once she is on stage she gives Rider a hug and he spins her around like they are a couple.
"Congrats Annabell you are Rider's Fan Of The Day." I say
"Last but not least Jay's Fan Of The Day." Rider say taking the bowl from me and I reach inside
"Alright let's see who my Fan Of The Day is." I say wiggling my eyebrows while I grab a piece of paper
"Alright drum roll please." I say and everyone drums on their knees
"My Fan Of The Day is...Sarah Parker." I say
The a girl from the crowd slowly walk up and hugs me. I have to admit she is pretty.
"Alright that's all the time we have today but we will have this video up tomorrow or we will try to have it up tomorrow. Love you guys and thanks for coming!" I say before they leave while Sarah's arm around my waist
Once everyone is gone we look at our Fans Of the Day.
"Alright guys you are going to be in our next video." Dani says
"What are you going to do?" Sarah asks
"You will see my fan, you'll see." I say
"Ok that was just creepy Jay." Dani says crossing her arms over her chest and I shrug
Together us, We_Shining_Stars, walk around the mall with our Fans of The Day. I have to admit it would be a lot more fun if I didn't have a girl hugging me to death.
We got smoothies and hung out with them and got their numbers, yes we need their numbers, don't ask and with that our Meet and Greet soon came to an end.
"So that was a successful Meet and Greet." Rider says as we get into his car
"Yeah it was. Don't you think Dani." I say turning around in my seat to look at Dani
"What? Oh yeah it was!" She says looking up from her phone
"Who are you texting?" I ask
"No one." She says pulling the phone away from my grabbing hands
I finally grab her phone and quickly look at it and show Rider.
"No way." He says in awe
"Please tell me you're not." I say turning to face Dani
"I'm not." She says annoyed
But I have this feeling that she is lying but oh well. I hand her phone back to her and she continues to text like crazy as we drive home.
But I can't help but wonder why she has the football coach's son's phone number.
Hmmm
