Chap 31

Christmas was in 1 day (Christmas eve) so Jonah decided that we both go to Minnesota so I can meet his parents.
I packed my bags and got everything ready. It was 5 in the morning.
Jo: Ready babe?
H: Ready.
*Skip flight bc I'm lazy af*
We got to Minnesota. We slept the whole flight so we weren't tired. We got a cab to Jonah's house. Before he opened the door I stopped.
Jo: Are you ok?
H: What if they don't like me?
Jo: They'll love you.
He kissed my cheek and we went in.

Mm: Jonah we missed you!
Jo: I missed you too. Mom this is my girlfriend Hillary.
H: Hello I'm so glad to meet you.

Jonah took my hand and we went upstairs.
Jo: Come meet my brother and my sisters.
Jo: Hey Esther.
E: Jonah you're back.
Jo: Yeah.
E: You must be Hillary.
H: Yeah nice to meet you.
E: You too.
Then we saw his brother I introduced myself and I also met his little sister Svea she's so cute.
H: Where can I freshen up?
Jo: You can use my bathroom.
H: Ok thanks.
They were having dinner tonight so I wanted to wear something nice. I wore:

Jo: Dang you look hot!
I couldn't help but blush.
H: Aww thanks babe. Wait Jonah, how do I tell your parents that I can't eat?
Jo: Shoot I forgot about that.
H: Oh god.
Jo: Don't worry I'll try to explain it to her without saying anything.
I stayed in Jonah's room until he came back.
Jo: Mom Hillary is gonna sit with us but she's not gonna eat.
Mm: Why not?
Jo: Well she's on a special diet and she isn't hungry.
Mm: Fine.
I got down and we sat on the table then Jonah's father walked it.
D: Hey evryone.
Jo: Hey dad.
H: It's so nice to meet you.
D: Nice to meet you too darling.
After dinner we all just hung around the fireplace. They asked me stuff and they got to know me better.
I went upstairs and got in my pjs as I was going down I heard them talking about me so I sat on the stairs listening.
Jo: So what do you guys think about Hillary?
Mm: She's ok...
