Why Does It Have To Be Me? (Lloyd x Reader)

I Have a Dragon? Pt 2

Your heart was racing. He was in trouble. He needed your help, but you were too scared. You heard him calling for you. "Please Y/N, You can do it, believe in you."

That story is yet to be told.....

Y/N POV:

Lloyd then took me by the hand and lead me to a different room. In this room there was a large grey creature there, sleeping peacefully on the ground. Lloyd then said to me, "Every Ninja has their own dragon, this one is yours."

I couldn't believe it . I have my very own dragon. I looked up at Lloyd and said, "Are you serious? I have a dragon?" Lloyd smiled and looked down at me and said "Well..., unless there's another Grey Ninja, which there isn't, he's all yours." With that, Lloyd started to walk me closer and closer to the dragon. He then grabbed my hand and gently placed it on the forehead of the grey creature. The dragon stirred as its big black eyes flashed open. 

He began to stare at me as if I had food, which I didn't. The dragon stood 35ft above me. It was like he was going to eat me.

When Lloyd saw the frightened look in my eyes, he laced his fingers through my own and said reassuringly in my ear, "He won't hurt you, I promise. He just wants to get to know you because he knows that you'll be his rider." When Lloyd said that the dragon just wanted to know me as I'll be his rider, I couldn't help but think, What if I took him out on a flight? 

Then, I asked Lloyd, "How long has it been since he's been out flying?" Lloyd answered back by shrugging is shoulders and saying, "To tell you the truth I don't actually know. I'd say probably say 35-40 years."

I nodded in shock and looked at the dragon thinking it was time he flew again. So, without thinking, I fearfully asked Lloyd to teach me how to fly a dragon. He looked at me in shock and said, "Are you sure? I mean,  um-please don't melt me for saying this but um, I don't think your dragon wants to fly ever again." I looked at Lloyd with a puzzling face. "What do mean?, he's a dragon. Isn't he supposed to fly?"

Lloyd's POV:

"Isn't he supposed to fly?" is what she said back. I looked deep into her bright E/C orbs. I sighed when I saw her confused look. I had no choice but to tell her what happened to her dragon. This is gonna suck, I thought to myself. "You see Y/N, your dragon used to be the dragon of a Spinjitzu Master called Megumi Rouge. He was Master Wu's best friend back when they were training to become Spinjitzu Masters. According to Master Wu, Master Megumi would ride Tekeshi whenever he had the time." 

"Who's Tekeshi ?" Y/N asked curiously. "The name of your dragon. It was Master Megumi choice. Apparently it means strong, formidable and brave." Y/N looked more confused than what she was before. "What?"

I laughed a bit and then said, "Anyway, one day Master Megumi took Tekeshi out for a ride. Little did he know that there were people out there who wanted to kidnap his dragon. Master Megumi knew about this but paid no attention to it. Master Wu had feared that Tekeshi would get kidnapped as he knew these were no ordinary people. These people wanting to kidnap Tekeshi were from the evil organisation known as the Order of Necro."

"I've heard of those people before somewhere." said Y/N in a hushed tone. Oh boy. She was getting pale. "Anyway, sorry um, continue." I looked at her funny and then continued on talking. "The Order of Necro are these people that kidnap certain people or animals to either, if human, use as slave, or if an animal, kill and sell certain parts of its body as clothing, jewellery, anything for big money. When Master Wu told Megumi that this time it really wasn't safe to go out flying, Master Megumi laughed and said that Wu worried too much. So off he went." 

Y/N was as pale as could be. She looked up at me and said, "What did Wu do?" I looked down at her and said, "Wu knew he should've convinced Megumi to stay but he was too late. When Master Megumi and Tekeshi had gone flying, once they reached the centre of Ninjago City, the crew that were there from the Order of Necro had caught them. Master Wu had secretly followed Master Megumi and Tekeshi all the way on his own with the old Destiny's Bounty to find out what had happened."

I saw that Y/N had grabbed my hand and her eyes were now glowing bright blue as if she was about to explode with fear. She gulped and then replied, still holding onto my hand, "Then what h-happened to Master Megumi and Tekeshi?." I saw the fear in her once E/C eyes which were now glowing blue. "Then, according to what Master Wu said, the crew from the Order of Necro shot something at Master Megumi that made him somehow turn to their side completely. They had also injured Tekeshi's wing. Master Wu had tried to save Master Megumi, but failed. He only managed to save Tekeshi."

Y/N POV:

When Lloyd had finished speaking, their was a long silence. Then I broke it by saying, "Master Megumi is the leader now of the Necro clan isn't he?" Lloyd nodded. "The bullet they shot him with had this chemical in it that when it touches flesh, it will turn the person's blood into pure evil." "That's what happened to Master Megumi, right?" I replied back. Lloyd said back, "Exactly."

I tightened my grip on Lloyd's hand as I started to see flash backs of my past. I knew who these people were that work in the Order of Necro. Those people the work in that clan were the people who kidnapped me and gave me the powers I have now. They were the people who made me hide away from the world.
