" w-WHAT " everyone practically shouted even shadow was taken back on this

The hooded figure took of his clock to revile Sonic with a wicked grin on his face

Sonic wicked grin slowly went to a soft smile as he looked at Rouge and turned to the others in the room, he then looked at Chaos in a blank expression and said " if I was cold hearted and cruel then I wouldn't be here now "

" you are right I suppose " stated Chaos

" well if you don't mind, can someone please explain what is going on and how faker is alive before I Chaos Blast the lot of you " said Shadow in a annoyed and angry tone

" I agree with shadow " stated a pale faced tails

" I'm so sorry " replied The azure hedgehog in a regretful tone

Everyone looked at him for answers to their unanswered questions, he then continued

" I never wanted to put you all through the pain I caused 3 years ago, but I really had no choice " said sonic in a quiet tone

" What do you mean you had no choice " stated Knuckles angrily

" because he..we thought Ivor was dead and had to wait for the the cycle to start again " replied Tikal

" what cycle " asked Knuckles

" when the next form of darkness tries to take over not only the world but the Chaos dimension as well " replied Nicole

" it's best if we tell you the entire story " stated Chaos

Sonic then walked over to a wall with nothing but a torch placed on the far right side, he then pulled the torch down to reveal a hidden staircase leading down. Sonic then motioned for everyone to follow him down the steps

" were are we going " asked Amy as she was walking behind The blue hedgehog

" to were all information from the last 4673 years " he said blandly

" ok, how old are you Faker because this is actually confusing me " said Shadow in a annoyed tone

" I'm 4673 years old, all the information is from that day I was born to now, Nicole is only 1345 years old she chose to help me Chaos and Tikal " the immortal explained, everyone's faces were pale after hearing that Little statement

" ok I take back all I said when we thought you died " stated Knuckles in a angry way

Sonic stayed silent after that, but then snapped which left everyone stunned

" Chaos you told me no one was to come here, you made that clear after Sally Acorn was here, yet you bring them here, maybe I should have stayed mortal because this is killing me, watching everyone I care about suffer, but no I chose to be immortal to protect this dimension, to protect my family, my brother and sister's kids my grandkids from people like Ivor Robotnik, this was my choice, I literally gave up everything " snapped the blue hedgehog  in front of everyone one, Chaos just stared blankly at the sobbing hedgehog, knowing that he has done this many times before

" Sonic......I think you've been through more than us......but you could of at lest me " said Shadow as he walked over to the sobbing form

" I couldn't tell you yet, I had to wait, you had to wait " a dark chuckle left the peach lips

Everyone took a step back from the azure hedgehog as he stood ad continued to walk down the steps, everyone soon followed

" I'm sorry, I never wanted you to find out, because I knew it would hurt you all even more " Sonic whispered just loud enough for them to here, as they reached the bottom of the steps

everyone nodded, they continued walking down the hall in front of them only to reach another door Sonic stoped in front of it and opened it and let everyone inside
