" Fak-Sonic we should get going once your done here, we don't know what Eggman's up to, or if Elroy is causing trouble or not " Shadow stated I rolled my eyes and nodded

" Wait Elroy?!" Manic shouted shocked, I have a lot of explaining...

{Manic's Pov}

My brother had a lot of explaining to do, but that can wait, I wanted to see what had become of the city

we walked up the ancient stairs...people following, each one looking at me and my brother, a crown apon his head as he walked by my side, he was different that was for sure

" so how long exactly has it...been?" i asked, not really wanting to know, but i had to either way

" over 4000 years Manic " he said, my heart stopped, I had been down here for over 4000 years?

we then found our way into a hallway, i didn't recognise, my brother didn't even know where to go at this point

" this way " the red hedgehog said as he then went in front of us, I rose a brow and looked to my brother

" He's in Sonia's line " he muttered to me, i nodded slowly I was still confused

We followed the prince? To the throne room, where another two hedgehogs stood, one an angry male and the other a worried female

" Now back to our previous conversation, you are no longer king" my brother stated

" Wait how long have you had the crown?" I asked

"Approximately 29 minutes" my brother stated

"You have no right to strip me of my title, you and your, your tricks cannot fool me!" The angry male growled, my brother sighed and shook his head

"Father, the crown is not ours to have" the boy stated

"You dare speak lies!?" This king snapped

"Well of course it's his" the female agreed with the angered male

My brother didn't say anything as he walked towards the throne, a sword say in stone between the two thrones, I was confused by this along with everyone else

Maurice just grabbed ahold of the handle and pulled

"You bumbling idiot!! Do you know how annoying it was to be around Arthur and his sister!?" The sword spoke

"Yeah nice to see you again to calibur " Maurice said sarcastically

"Well parden me, your nephew was horrendous! And your niece a little brat, not to mention their parents!" The sword snapped

"Faker!" The hedgehog behind me snapped

"What!" Maurice growled, his eyes turned crimson

"Sheesh your more violent than I remember" I muttered

"Ahh Prince Manic, tis an honour to meet you, I heard stories about you and your sister" the sword spoke

"I'm finally going insane......" I mumbled

Maurice sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose

" I really don't have time for this, Michel when I come back, the kingdom better be in good condition, or I will cut your head off" My brother snapped

"Oh and Oliver is in charge of making sure you follow the rules of the ancients" My brother said as he took the crown off and put it on 'Michel's' head, before grabbing my wrist and dragging me out

"Ok you've lost it" the bird muttered

"Yeah I know" Maurice huffed

"Maurice what's going on, you said Elroy was derobotisized, I thought yo-" my brother cut me off

"I know, I should have scrapped him, like he had to so many others, but i- we need his help to stop his deranged great great great great great great great great great great great grandson " my brother sighed

"What do you mean?" I asked

"He's out" was the only answer I got and the only one I needed

"But I thought you were guarding it!" I snapped

"I was! But I was knocked unconscious!" He snapped

"Really!? Well then you should try harder next time" I huffed

"We really don't have time for this" my brother grumbled

"I dare say, you have changed since our last encounter, knight of the wind" the sword grumbled

"Shut up" my brother growled

This is going to be a long journey
