jackie emmerson was absolutely normal and unnatural. 5'4 brown hair and brown eyes, she was nothing shy of average. She had a mother, a father along with an older brother. The regular old family.
Somehow she had managed to become the main and background character. She didn't have many opinions but if you said that puddlemore united wasn't the best quidditch team then prepare to throw hands.
Jackie was the blurry line between boring and blasphemous. Enter Remus Lupin, the boy who she was determined to out do academically, suddenly happens to be the only consistent person in her life.

Dedication
I wrote this book in a bad time of my life, for a while it was the only thing holding me here. While I thank this book for keeping me around long enough to understand that I'm stronger than my lonely moments
I've tried several time to edit this book, because I'm a better writer, with bigger ideas for the characters. I cannot bring myself to do it. I cant read this book without sobbing, for the girl I used to be.
So if any of you is like me, or even who I used to be, let me give you a lesson in loneliness. Things don't change, but you do. It gets easier because you get stronger.
I dedicate this book to the ones who endure, the girls like who I used to be. I dedicate this to you, with a promise that it will be okay.
If anyone needs to talk, to share, or even someone to just listen. I'm here, and I won't judge you, ever.
