And so it's begun

"man oh man what was with all the noise last night?" I asked as I rubbed my eyes and walked out of my room dressed in my normal clothes and already wearing weights

"huh you mean you slept through all of that?!" Morty yelled and I yawned

"sorry I was training all day yesterday and I ended up pushing myself so far I passed out" I said smiling

"don't worry about it too much Morty, Yuki tends to do that all the time" Yoh said smiling as he walked by then I passed a room and saw Ammidamaru staring at a broken sword and I looked at Yoh

"was that the sword of light?" I asked and he nodded "hn" I said then I started to think for a bit "if he wanted I could probably fix it for him"

"that would be great" Yoh said smiling

"but" I said and Yoh's face calmed down "I feel as if I should hold off on my offer to fix it for a while so that everyone can learn a lesson from this" I said walking away

"a lesson?" Morty asked confused

"Yuki has a strange way of sensing things like that from time to time that's why she's my greatest teacher and my best tutor from time to time" Yoh said smiling

"that or I could be feeling my lunch from yesterday disagreeing with my gut" I said patting my stomach and this caused Morty to fall over as I belched "yep that was it" I said smiling then I turned around "say Ammidamaru" I said walking in to the room and he looked at me with a sad look on his face "what do you say I fix up your sword" I said smiling and he looked surprised "I have more than enough raw materials to fix it and maybe even make it a bit better so that it feels just right for both you and Yoh" I said smiling and Ammidamaru smiled

"I'd like that very much Yuki" Ammidamaru said and I smiled

"Good then it's decided" I said

"not so fast"Anna said walking in "you Yuki need to continue your training and tonight I can summon the spirit of mosuke so he can restore the sword to its rightful glory"Anna said and I sighed

"well I'm ok with that what about you Ammidamaru?" I asked looking up at him and he nodded "Great I can let Rio and Mosuke use my stuff to fix the sword since I prefer to use the ancient forms of making weapons compared to the manufacturing ways of this day and age" I said with a sigh "oh well maybe another time I can make a sword for you and Yoh that way you can fight with two swords again" I said smiling

"yes I look forward to that day" Ammidamaru said and I smiled

"So do I for when that day comes I'll make the greatest sword I can for you two just like I made the sword Sora and I the greatest sword for us" I said smiling "that and I plan on making another sword for us since Sora is skilled in duo sword combat as well"

"I look forward to the day that you'll be ready to attempt such a feat" Sora said standing behind me with a smirk on her face and her arms crossed as she smoked a bit from her pipe.

Later that day I was jogging again only this time I had stopped in a park I was wearing my poncho for I felt that I would need my sword that I had hidden under my poncho but then suddenly three spirits showed up

'so he's here' I thought as Sora appeared beside me and I stuck my hands out of my poncho causing it to look more like a cape than a poncho as I placed my hands on my hips "Sora" I said and she nodded as I lifted my right fist "spirit form" I said opening my fist to reveal Sora's spirit orb "unity" I yelled out as formed a one handed ram hand seal and pushed Sora's purple spirit orb in to my chest with my other hand then she and I grabbed our sword and drew it preparing to fight

"lets go" Sora and I said as one as we attacked without hesitation and soon the attackers turned in to feathers as I looked up into a tree as Sora and I separated and I saw a man in a mask and I smiled and waved up at him and he waved back before he ran off

"who was that?" Sora asked

"my father" I said smiling as I sheathed my sword "he was just testing to see if we were ready for the tournament for the star of destiny and the star of destruction are here" I said looking up at the sky as the wind blew through my hair "Oh well time to head home I'm kind of wanting to sit on the roof and look at the stars tonight"

"I agree this ought to be something to behold" Sora said as she followed me home

Once there I kind of just chilled out on the roof only to have my dad show up and attack Yoh testing him and I smiled as he left meaning that Yoh passed. But then as I was practically snoozing off I sensed something so I woke up only to see the destiny star only it had a dark ring around it meaning the star of destruction was right behind it

"so the time has finally come" I said as I sat up and watched the stars that symbolized the beginning of the battles that would determine the fate of the world, the beginning of the great Shaman Tournament. "and so it's begun" I whispered as I laid back down
