On the road to Adobe Village

When I woke up I found myself on Yoh's back as we were lost in a desert

"man you can sleep through anything can't you" Trey said walking up to us and I smiled

"sorry" I said smiling nervously "Yoh you can put me down now"

"you sure you don't want to sleep anymore?" Yoh asked

"I'm sure" I said smiling before he put me down "so where we headed?" I asked

"to a nearby oasis" Yoh said smiling

"hn cool" I said then I took out my back pack "while there we can probably fill up these canteens with some water for our journey I believe I've brought enough for you each to have your own"

"oh cool" Trey said

"I was bored so I made these one day their made of special metal that will keep the water cool longer" I said smiling "and I made a symbol on each of them to symbolize each of us"

"uh where?" Trey said looking around the silver container

"it's on the bottom, Trey your symbol is a snow man since I believe the story goes that Yoh and Morty found you by a snowman. Rio your symbol is a motorcycle since you like to travel on your bike. Yoh yours is a lawn chair since you like to lay back relax and watch the clouds, and Len yours is the Chinese character for power since you like to think of yourself as powerful" I said smiling and the other all looked at the bottom of their canteens and smiling at the symbols

"so what pray tell is your symbol" Len asked slightly annoyed

"well mine is the character for Protector since that is what my family calls me and it also has a mini version of this by it" I said pulling out the pendent my grandpa gave me:

"wow that's awesome where'd you get it?" Trey said grabbing the pendent nearly choking me in the process

"my grandfather gave it to me" I said smiling but then Len grabbed it and he was actually unintentionally choking me as he stood behind me looking at the pendent

"hn seems simple yet I can tell it hold some power to it" Len said

"uh Len I think you're hurting her" Yoh said since my face was starting to turn blue

"would you mind not doing that again I'd like to stay alive till the next round" I said smiling and he blushed as he released my necklace and looked away

Later when we reached the oasis

It was so relaxing there, it had a pond with trees and other greenery around it making it feel like paradise.
