Chiara did not turn around and continued to wash her hands. She turned off the water and took some paper to dry her hand. Suddenly, she felt a light touch on her shoulders and a hand that was parting her hair at the back of her neck. The girl froze for a moment and she felt a shiver running down her spine. She had no idea whose hand was that that caressed her so delicately, she was afraid it was the hand of a woman, and that made her even more mortified. * I have to turn around ... come on Chiá! Turn around! What are you doing? Do you let yourself be touched by a woman? You can not stand these things, right? * And she decided to turn around. She turned quickly, and with great surprise she noticed that Colin was behind her. She was living a dream. It could not be real. Before giving heeself a pinch, however, she asked him stammering what he was doing there, in the women's bathroom, behind her. "Well, you did not come back and I came to check on you ..." he said, shyly looking down. Chiara did not believe it, even if the pinch hurt. "If you want I go out and wait for you at the table ..." he said, seeing that the girl did not answer. "No, no, do not do it! I'm very happy now, I can not believe it, I struggle, it's what I've always dreamed of and ... here ... I can not find the words to describe what I feel ..." she said blushing. Colin smiled at her. She hugged him, it was an instinctive thing, it was as if someone had pushed her into his arms. He held her tightly and she did the same. She felt for a moment like flying above the clouds, he smelled so good and she wanted it all for herself, even for just a moment. When they parted, after three long minutes, Chiara blushed and smiled at him. He looked at her in such a sweet way that the girl's eyes sparkled. He took a lock of her long blonde hair and said to her, giggling, "You really have very long hair, are not you going to cut it?" "Ahah I do not cut it any more! I was very short when I was younger and it was a trauma for me. Now I let it grow wild. " And they laughed together. "It is very beautiful." He said suddenly, and she looked at him happy, smiling as she had never done. "Thanks Colin, it's an honor!". They went back to the table, the bar was almost empty, the waiters were on their lunch break, but since there was Colin there, they decided not to close it for him. They sat at their table, but something changed. Colin kept looking at her, and although she adored him, it seemed strange to her. "So when are you going back to London really?" She asked him to break the ice. "As late as I can!" He exclaimed, smiling. They went on talking for a while, tried to talk in English, but she got messed up with the pronunciations and then they laughed a lot. The bar was completely empty, only their cheerful voices resounded, and they gave a touch of color to that luxurious bar, but still a sad place. Suddenly he took her hands. She blushed, and looked at him without understanding. She was in love with that man, but everything seemed strange to her. "You should be an actress, you know, you're very beautiful," he said softly. "Oh Colin, you make me blush!" It was the compliment she had always wanted. "Well, I guess I was not the first to tell you that," he replied. "No, but it is very different coming from you, you are married to a very beautiful woman and you are constantly in contact with unique beauties ... To hear from you that I can be compared to them is really an honor!" Never had she felt so appreciated, it was a sensation impossible to put into words. Shortly thereafter her aunt came with her husband, and unwillingly ruined the atmosphere that had been created in the meantime. Colin looked at her with less bright eyes than before, and then greeted them. They left the bar and Marco suggested they all go to lunch somewhere nearby. "I beg your pardon, but I can not, who knows what the paparazzi might think ..." Colin said. "No Colin, do not go ... while my aunt and uncle go to lunch I can stay with you somewhere ... where there are no paparazzi." Chiara did not want to lose him right then, she wanted to look at him again and again. "But Chiara, you did not eat since this morning!" said her caring aunt. The girl approached her and whispered: "I know, but Colin is more important than a skipped meal or two." "Mh okay ... Then see you later!" her aunt said, as they left. Colin came back closer to her. "Thanks," he said smiling. "It's a great pleasure Colin!" And they returned to the bar. It was always empty, but the two thought it was better to talk more freely. Shortly thereafter, however, Colin decided to order something to eat, not even he had eaten for some time. "Do you want something?" He asked.
"No thanks Colin." But he understood that she was hungry and ordered her some fish. "Thanks, but you did not have to" the girl blushed. "You do not have to thank me, it's my pleasure!". They ate and talked again for a while. Chiara had to go back to the bathroom. As she got out, she found herself face-to-face with Colin again. "I could not stay alone," he said. "Me neither, you know?" Chiara looked at him with her blue eyes, then he took her hands and put them on his chest. She could feel his heart beating fast, and this created a kind of harmony between the two. She too put his hand on her heart, just above the little breast. The beats were coordinated, and that changed something between them. They did not say a word. Words were useless then..
