AVA’S POV

“AVA FINN I LOVE YOU!!!” But how can he be in love with me?? I don’t know whether I should be jumping in happiness or cry out in utter shock that my best friend had been doing a prank on my with the guy I love should I be mad about this?? I couldn’t talk I didn’t know what to say I just stared at his beautiful blue eyes and the way he looked for me said that he didn’t want “no” for an answer. His eyes were so deep and beautiful that I could stare at them my whole life. How can this be happening how can the hottest guy of school be in love with someone like me??  I wanted to say how much I loved him and yes I did want to be his girlfriend if he is there with me I would be the luckiest person living on earth but I don’t know why I just couldn’t get the correct words out of my mouth……

“I-uh umm you and Steph how did you love I am confused I-uh umm” I blabbered out in a low tone

“Woah Woah Babe so many questions at a time my knees are starting to hurt a bit so can u please say yes quickly” he smirked giving me the whole flirtatious look

“How do you know it’s a yes???” I asked him looking confident and angry at the same time “of course it’s a yes you idiot” I thought to myself

“Because I can see a yes in your eyes and c’mon you know you feel the same way Ava “he says in a very sexy tone so hard to resist, and he gives this smile of his which can lure away anybody “Ava I might die any moment say something please”

“Aiden??”

“Yes Ava??”

“You can get up now”

“What?? No way I’m not getting up until I get a yes from you”

“Then you might have to sit like that for your whole life”

I could hear the disappointment of the whole school who were expecting something good to happen Stephanie gave me “the what’s wrong with you look” and she mouthed something to me which I didn’t quite understand.

“What no Ava please don’t break my heart”

“At least I didn’t hurt you the way you hurt me Aiden, you can easily get hot girls from school you are the hot charming guy who can be happy without me, but did you ever wonder how I must have felt when I had to see you with Steph, you didn’t think of me then Aiden why should think of you now??” I replied tears rolling down my eyes and I headed towards the door to leave the place immediately

The whole crowd had gone quite, as if some kind of play was going on everybody stopped whatever they were doing.

“Hey Hey!! Please don’t cry Ava” he finally gets up and stops by holding my hand trying to wipe my tears

“You don’t expect me to cry Aiden?? You’ve hurt me before we even started going out how should I know you wouldn’t do it again?? It really hurts to see someone you love with someone else you know??”

“I know I’ve hurt you Ava I promise I would never do it again please you have to trust me “

“Right Aiden Trust , I don’t think that’s possible for me to do again cause you already broke my trust with Steph”  I replied “And Steph I seriously didn’t expect this from you I know you love playing jokes on me but this time it has gone too far don’t you think??” I turned to Steph

“Ava, trust me I never wanted to hurt you I just thought I would surprise you with all this on Prom our intention was never to hurt you sweetie”

“I love you so much Aiden and you know that, but trusting you would be hard this time”

“Just give it a try Ava I promise you I won’t disappoint you this time “

“Your innocent face and that sexy smile really works for you every time doesn’t it?” I reply with a smile

“It works only for you mam” he replies with a smile and leaning his face toward me so that his chin touches my forehead

“Well in that case I would say it’s a YES from me and I would love to be your girlfriend, but you owe a whole lot of explanations to me”

“Anything for you Ava I’ll tell you anything trust me “

“And promise not to hurt me again no matter what?? “

“That’s a blood oath I promise if you say I’ll marry you right here right now” he replies looking right in my eyes I could hear all the aww’s and “they are so cute together” from the crowd

“No that’s not necessary you saying is enough for me”

“I love you so much Ava” he says pulling me into a tight hug

As he says that I felt as if my world is suddenly brightened, I feel as if everything is just so perfect it feels like the time has stopped and I wanted to be in his arms just like this forever if I could.

“I love you more” I reply still hugging him

As, I reply back there was a claps all around and three cheers for the Prom King and Queen, maybe this time it’s the first that the cutest boy of the school isn’t dating the best cheerleader, but this time the cutest guy is dating a girl like me and I feel so proud to be finally his, it just feels so right that we were just meant to be.
