"we're here, yoonie!"

jimin ran around the luggage pick up at deagu airport, being hyped about his first flight in a little while. yoongi walked behind him, smiling happily at his boyfriend expressing his enthusiasm with big eyes.

"yes baby, we are," he smiled, catching up with jimin who was now staring at overpriced brands of mediocre chips. he sprung up a bit when yoongi wrapped his arm around the youngers shoulders. jimin tip toed, giving his boyfriend a kiss on the cheek, making yoongi blush.

the two walked across the airport, occasionally bumping in to other travelers. jimin bought a sandwich for their uber ride (a/n; idk if they have uber in korea. they don't even have uber in europe idk how it works) cause he hadn't eaten since the flight had taken off and his tummy was begging for food by now. he was just too afraid that the chance of turbulence would make him nauseous.

the two left the airport safely, they put their luggage in the back of their uber. the ride to yoongis home was around an hour long, a little less maybe.

they just lost sight of airplanes taking off, when yoongi realizes,

jimin still didn't know anything.

so, yoongi bottled up all his pride and pushed his anxieties to the side, and told jimin the truth. he already felt so bad for telling him at, well, literally the last minute.

"minnie?"

the boy who was excitedly staring at the landscapes out off the window turned to make eye contact with yoongi, taking out his earbuds.

"yes?"

how does he always look so damn cute?

yoongi swallowed the little coal stuck in his throat, already seeing that his nervousness is rubbing off on jimin, who started looking confused. the older reached for jimins hand, stroking it softly with his thumb trying to make the tense atmosphere a bit lighter.

it barely worked though.

"yoongi, what's wrong,"

after yoongi cleared his throat he got
the courage to tell jimin, his forehead was a bit sweaty, automatically expecting the worst of the worst.

"so, my parents don't know i'm gay. they probably even still think i'm with-"

"joona," jimin said with already tear-y eyes. of course he would cry. he loved his boyfriend. he wanted to show it to everyone and make sure the world knew that they were together. but yoongi had to act straight now? he had to act like he was just a friend of jimin? no kisses, no hugs. only hearing "no homo" after giving a vague compliment. and he was also about to hear joona's name every day for the upcoming week. everyday hearing about how great her job is and how he missed her so so much and just sitting next to him with a smile and agreeing.

"jimin? jimin, are you okay?"

the raven haired boy was shook from his daydream. well, more of a day-nightmare. what if his parents were homophobic?

and before jimin knew, he had asked it. words flowing from his mouth like he normally would do, but this time, the question had meaning.

and yoongi nodded.

he did.

and jimin nodded back, putting in his headphones that remained tangled, and continued staring out of the window. yoongi tried to make contact but every touch or name calling jimin denied and ignored with turning up his sound.

the rest of the ride was silent.

only the last couple minutes the conversation started again, beginning with yoongi apologizing and jimin accepted his apology. they gave a quick kiss, trying not to make the driver uncomfortable.

"well get through this week, yoongi,"

"we will, it won't be that hard,"

jimin agreed, and the ride came to an end. they payed the driver, thanked him for the ride and walked towards yoongis well known front door. even though he wasn't that hyped to act like a heterosexual, masculine guy for a week long, he was happy to see his family, and be back in deagu where he was born and raised.

jimin rang the doorbell, waiting about half a minute before the door got opened. the two were expecting to meet eyes with one of yoongi patents, his mom perhaps, but they saw someone a lot younger.

if the coming week wasn't about to be hell for the boys acting straight, it would be hell now.

cause joona decided to invite herself.
