" Tamlay natin ah." Puna ng kaibigan ko.

" Hays..kasi naman. Emersion pala sila starting today at di man lang nya sinabi. Kung hindi ko lang narinig eh di ko pa nalalaman." Paglalabas ko ng sama ng loob.

" baka naman nakalimutan lang. You know how busy they are now. " Hmm..she's right. But still.

" Eh tatlong oras kaming nagphone call ķagabi pero di nya masabi? "

She snorted. " I never imagined you'll be like this. Acting like a clingy girlfriend." She laughs.

Umirap ako. " I'm not clingy!  " am I?

" yeah right.  Hintayin mo lang at tatawag din yun.  Hear his explanation."

I guess she's right . This is my first time being in a relationship . I dont know what to do but I am trying my best to be the best gf ever.  Right?

Lunch time when he finally called.

"Hello..." I answered.

"Hey baby. " he greeted. I can sense in his voice that he's tired. " Sorry . Ngayon lang ako nakatawag. Marami kasi kaming ginawa . We have to do a sketch of our house project and such. Then, I forgot to tell you we're having our emersion this week."

I sigh. " It's okay . I understand." Perks of being an civil engineering student girlfriend.

" Beaumont I'm finished! "

I heard a girl's voice in the other line.

" Baby, as much as I want to talk with you more. I-I can't. "

" Whose that? " I askee not minding what he said.

" M-my p-partner in this e-emersion. " He said stuttering.

Why do I have a bad feeling about this?

" Your partner is a girl?"

" uhh..y-yes..we all have." He coughs. More like fake cough. " Y-you know Macey right? "

Macey? Of course. Who doesn't know her? He is one of the famous campud crush.

" Oh....oh-kay. I-I know you're busy. Bye." I hung uo before he can say a word.

Then I receive a text from him

Archer :

   I miss you. Take care okay? I'll call you later. Love you

Hindi ko na sya ni-relpy'an and I shut my phone off.

" Oh..okay na? Nagkausap na kayo?" Allysaid interrupted my thoughts.

" yeah..let's go. "

" What's wrong?  Did you two fight? You look upset. "

I faked a smile. " Wala. Nami-miss ko lang sya. "

Urgh!! Why do I feel insecure of that campus crush? This is not me.

Hindi ako makapag concentrate sa klase.  My mind is wondering everywhere. No my mind is in this certain guy I called my boyfriend. Anong ginagawa nya ngayon. Magkasama parin ba sila ni Macey? Malamang kasi partner nga sila.

" Ms. Leviste are you with us?"

Ugh..I have to talk to him or I'll go crazy.

" Ms.Leviste? "  I felt Ally nudge my elbow.

"What?" Ngumuso ito sa harap kung nasaan si teaher nakataas ang kilay na nakatingin sakin.

Gulp. " Sorry po cher. Masakit po kasi ulo ko. "  pagdadahila ko ,  though its partly true. Sumakit ulo ko kakaisip kay Archer.

"After our discussion proceed to the clinic if your head really hurts."

" Okay po cher. " sagot ko. And she continued discussing. Nowi know why they says Romantic Relationships are distractions in studies.

Time check 10:45 pm . Tatawag pa ba sya?  He texted me kanina na tatawag sya . I waited for like 3 hours.

*Ring..ring..*

I immediately answered the call. Duh! Kanina ko pa hawak ang phone ko at ready ng pindotin ang Answer kapag tumawag sya.

" Hello..." I said sleepy.

" Baby...sorry ngayon lang ako nakatawag. May uhh..ginawa lang kami kanina. "  ahh...I missed his voice.

Normal pa ba to? Isang araw ko lang syang di nakita. Miss ko na sya parang isang taon kaming di nagkita eh.

" Videocall tayo?" Suggest ko sa malambinf na tono.

I heard him sigh. " Baby...you're sleepy. You have to sleep-

" I'm not." I lied. Ang bigat bigat na by talukap ng mga mata ko. " I want to see you. Kahit sa phone lang.."

" Tomorrow.  Okay? Promise Vcall tayo. For now sleep. "

" Pe-

" Freilla Dysteen stop being stubborn. Sleep now. " he said using his authoritative tone.

" Okay. Tomorrow then. Goodnight? "

" Goodnight. I love you " that make me smile.

" love you..." then I feel asleep.

Ughh..sinong tatawag ng ganitong oras? Ang aga aga pa! Tinakpan ko ang aking tainga  ng unan.

* Ring!  Ring..! *

Pakshet..sino ba ito at ayaw magpatulog!?

Then I remember- oh my!

" Archer?" Sagot ko sa tawag.

" Online ka babe.vcall tayo."

" Hmm.okay.." then he hung up.

I immediately log in in my laptop. He's active already kaya ako na ang tumawag.

" Hey baby...goodmorning. " then I see his face . Mukhang kakagisibg lang ito at magulo pa ang buhok.

" morning." I wave my hand. Then I remember!  Hindi pa ako nakapagsuklay! Dali dali akong tumayo sa kama at pumunta sa  cr para maghilamos at sinuklay ko narin buhok ko gamit ang kamay.

" Baby? "

" Sorry naghilamos at nag ayos lang ako saglit. Nakakahiya naman sayo at mukha akong mangkukulam."

Tumawa ito. " Maganda ka parin naman sa paningin ko kahit magulo buhok mo at may morning star ka pa."

" Shatap! "

" Damn. I miss seeing you blush."

" Hmp! Mukha namang nag-e-enjoy ka dyan eh ." Irap ko.

" What? Bakit naman ako mag-e enjoy dito eh wala ka "

" talaga huh?" Tinaasan ko ito ng kilay.

" Uhuh...Pano nalang kung magtatrabaho na talaga ako? Di ko yata kayang malayo sayo."

" Ano? Antagal pa nun. Gagraduate ka lang sa senior high di sa college. "

" tama ka . Eh mas lalo na pala pagcollege na ako. Malayo na ang school sayo. Di na kita mababantayan."

Natahimik ako. He's right.

" Tapos ri na tayo magkakasabay maglunch. Di na kita basta basta nalang mapupuntahan sa building niyo ."

" yeah..saan ka nga ba magka-college?" Tanong ko.

Umiwas Ito ng tingin." Uh..tatawag ako mamayang lunch. Sige . Magprepare ka na at papasok ka pa sa school."

" Ha? Sige.." I said confused of his sudden change of mood. " bye.ingat ka dyan."

" bye." And the camare went off. Hindi man lang nag-I love you. Psh.
