Itachi's P.O.V
I rushed into the kitchen when I heard him scream with Menma trailing behind me. I gasped at the sight of my brother unconscious on the floor Menma was the first to say something.
"He is ok...ay, Okay ?" Menma spoke out getting used to the word on his tongue. Itachi covered his mouth then rushed to pick up Sasuke. "Kyuu call the ambulance now!"
Itachi said at the tears leaked down his now red cheek. Menma grabbed a cloth and put pressure on Sasuke's wound.
