INSECURE // Chris Brown Story

INSECURE // -8-

The bell had rang meaning that it was time for first block. I walked in and sat down in the usual spot, with Chris right behind me. Usually I am here before anyone but Chris made me stay with him until it was time to go to class.

I put my bag down and looked out the window, waiting for the teacher to come in as Chris leaned over and touched my arm lightly, as I looked at him,

"Whatcha thinkin bout?" he asked as I shrugged my shoulders,

"I don't, I guess us, I just have never really been in a relationship, or even done this." I said pointing back and forth between us. He smiled and grabbed my hand.

"Well what do you want us to be?" he asked and I just looked at him,

"I don't know like I said I don't know how this works, I don't wanna say the wrong thing and mess everything up, I just want to be with you"

"Same here beautiful!" he paused "Let's get outta here!"

"You mean like ditch school?"

"Yeah, why not?" I wasn't sure at first but then I told my self just to let go, get out of your shell, go with him! I smiled and nodded my head as he grabbed my hand an his stiff then walked out the door holding my hand, we got some weird looks but I didn't care. For the first time in my life, I didn't care having someone stare at me, not being able to tell what they were thinking. We walked out the school and he interlocked our fingers as he pulled me closer to him,

We pulled up to my house and got out. Once we got inside he sat down on the couch and I sat down by him, I didn't know what to do so I just sat there. He wrapped his arm around my waist, reading my mind, as he pulled me closer to him.

"Babygirl, relax" he kissed my cheek,

"I don't wanna do anything wrong!" I said slight above a whisper,

"You do no wrong in my eyes." he whispered in my ear. I slightly blushed, leaning up and grabbed his face, bringing his lips to mine. I closed my eyes and felt his hands on my waist, pulling me closer to him, and put me on top of his lap, I put my hands on him shoulders, as his grip got tighter on my waist. He pulled away and looked me in the eyes,

"why don't you go get a bathing suit and we can get outta here." I looked away from him, there is no way in hell im wearing a bathing suit.

"No" I sighed and got off of him. I briefly closed my eyes and ran my fingers through my hair, "there is no way im wearing a bathing suit." I said as a million thoughts came in my head as to why.

"Jada, I forgot! im sorry!" he sighed.as I got up,

"No, its fine" I stood in front of him,

"let's just pick something where I don't have to show my body, or my scars." He smiled and stood up. He stood right in front of me and just stared,

"what?" he shook his head,

"I just don't get how a girl so beautiful on the outside could be so broken on the inside." He looked in to my eyes, looking deeper than just at my hazel orbs.

"Well being bulled, made funny of, being called out my name,  and having a good for nothing mother, its easy to be broken inside."  I said as he bit his lip and looked down,

"Jada, would you do me the honor of being able to call you mine? "

"what?" I breathed,

"Will you be my Girlfriend?" he asked as I nodded my head and put a piece of hair behind my ear, only to have it fall back down in front of my face. He gently grabbed my chin, making me look at him as he leaned over and kissed me, I smiled and felt him smile too.

We decided to go out to a bowling alley down the street from my house. After we got our shoes and got our lane, it was close to noon meaning I would have to go get Logan soon. I finished tieing the last shoe that put on and walked over, trying find a ball that was fit the size of my fingers. I finally found a ball and walked over toward our lane, I sat down at the little table and typed in our names,

"you ready" Chris said as he wrapped his arms around my waist from behind, I could tell that he was standing up by the way he was leaning over me,

"yup!" I said slowly standing up, and grabbing my ball, "you're first" I said as he smiled and grabbed his ball. His first roll he got a strike, I lightly smiled and got up walking toward the balls, giving him a high-five as he passed. I got up to the little dots and brought the ball up to my chest, holding it in both hands as I let my arm swing down and rolled the ball. Making it go strait toward the middle pin, I got all but one, I got that one, making a spare. Chris was getting strikes like he invented them and I was blown away by how good he was.

We had finished playing, I don't think I have to tell you who won, but we took off our shoes and put them away, leaving the bowling alley going to the restaurant that was right next door.

When we sat down at a table in the middle of the restaurant, I grabbed a menu and looked at it seeing the large portions, I sighed as the waiter came over.

"Hi my name is Justin, what could I

get you guys today?" he asked and looked at me,

"Um i'll  take a water, and the kids fruit cup,"

"and you"he turned to Chris,

"um i'll take a cheese burger with a sprite,

"alright ill be right back with your drinks."he said as Chris looked at me,

"Jada" he lightly said as I looked at him confused,

"yeah?" I asked.

"Why did you just get a fruit cup?" I sighed and looked down,

"Jada, let go!" I looked at him confused,

"of what?" I asked as I gulped,

"Of your past! I want you to order a hamburger, with fries. I just want you to be happy." he looked in my eyes as I slightly looked away,

"I am"

"No, you're not! God Jada,  im trying! Im trying so hard, to show you that im here! im right here, and im not leaving! What do I have to do? Do I have to do this.." he paused and stood on his chair,

"Um excuse me everyone, Im truly sorry for interrupting your lunch but I just want everyone to know that this girl, right here is beautiful! Do you guys think so" He paused as everybody clapped and yelled yea, I blushed and looked up at Chris. "I just asked her to be my Girlfriend today an-" he was cut of by the people clapping,

"Thank you! I just wanted her to know that I am here and im bot going anywhere, I like her a lot, and I just wanted her to know that!" my heart started beating faster and I smiled, he got of the chair and stood right in front of me, pulling me up as. I stood in front of everybody with my hands in Chris'.

"Thank you everyone!" he said looking at me, smiling. "Kiss kiss kiss kiss kiss kiss!" I heard everyone chant, I rolled my eyes and smiled. Chris smiled showing teeth as his left dimple popped out, he grabbed my chin, and slowly pulled me closer, as our lips met. Everybody cheered as I blushed. We pulled away and put our foreheads together.

"did you really just do that?"

"yeah! you believe what I said?"

"yea" I actually did.

"Good, cause your mine baby" I laughed,

"just kiss me" I whispered as he smirked and leaned in.
