Chapter 10: Friendship's Over?

After the event, people started to get a little more excited, hoping that they'll get a chance to take a picture of their favorite vloggers.

Yaunna was being surrounded by her fans and giving them the opportunity to have it. It's just a small fanservice, anyway.

Levi and (Y/n) was watching while the other three went home already to take care of their own business. (Y/n) was very amused about her daughter, comparing how much her attitude as now an official vocal artist completely different from her father.

"Levi, I don't think you've ever done that type of kindness to your fans." (Y/n) chuckled, teasing her husband.

"Tch, I hate being surrounded my so much brats," Levi clicked his tongue. "They either hug me suddenly, not knowing if their hands were clean."

(Y/n) laughed harder. "But it seems like Yaunna doesn't even notice about that."

"Because whenever she was happy, she forgets everything around her." Levi answered.

(Y/n) just hummed and continue watching their child in the corner of the arena where they can't be totally seen by people or they'd be surrounded as well.

"Okay! Thank you!" Yaunna was heard as her fans slowly bid their goodbyes to her.

The place's population has been cutted to half since most of them went home already. Yaunna was smiling up to her ears in fulfillment and emotions she couldn't explain.

'So... this is how dad felt?' She thought.

Suddenly, hed phone rang. Yaunna fished out her phone to see Drummedhead's name encrypted on the screen.

Her heart skipped a beat. 'What could be Shaun is going tell?' But that question can only be answered when she opened it and so she did.

She slowly raise her hand and nervously put her phone to her ear, hearing the voice of the person she expected.

"Yaunna." Shaun pronounced.

Yaunna was a little weirded out. He's not calling her Yaun or sonething. And his tone seemed serious... is he... mad?

"S-shaun..." she said softly. A little trembling as she close her eyes, ready to take in whatever her best friend's gonna tell.

May it be positive...

Or for sure negative.

"Don't ever visit me at the hospital," Shaun's stated. "We'll talk... someday."

"Shau-!" But before Yaunna could finish, Shaun hung up.

His statemend... his words. It hurted. 'Don't ever visit me at the hospital....'

'Goddamn it.' Yaunna whispers to herself. 'What the hell is he talking about?'

Even if it seems like she can't believe in her thoughts. Deep inside her... is a breakdown.

'I knew it... I knew it! I knew it! Bullshit!' She thought.

Yaunna looked down to her feet, she dressed well.. she was absolutely beautiful that night. She received a prestigious award. Although... she felt unhappy. Because her best friend... or maybe, someone that really matters inside that organ. (If she realizes it) Was upset.

She was about to give up when someone certain tapped her back. Her eyes widened, a bit watery, she instantly wiped it and turned to see a person she never expected to see again.

"I think this was yours..." he handed a beige colored wallet and a handkerchief.

It was the guy from the train. 'Why was he here?' She asked to herself, confused. The wallet he was holding, was the one she lost.

"T-thank you..." she cursed under her breath from stuttering as she grabbed her thing from his grip.

"No problem." His cold voice echoed to her ears. But one thing she noticed is the hanky. It wasn't hers.

"Um.." she held the handkerchief. "This isn't.. mine." Her last word was almost a whisper.

"I know," he looked away, his silver locks swayed through. "You seemed crying lately, I thought it could help."

She was lost for words. Not because he was kind but because someone saw her teary eyed. Embarrassed, she looked down, blushing.

"T-thanks." she mumbled again before taking it. "What's your name?"

The guy looked at her, he has that definable jawline, he's pretty tall and has a fair complexion. His had that dull blue eyes and earphones on.

"Reever..." he said. "Reever Lewisham."

Yaunna slowly nodded, she can't help stare at his handsome face.

"I-I'm-

"Yaunna...Yaunna Ackerman, also knows as Belle Âme." Reever finished. "Congrats, by the way. I watched you."

"O-oh... um. Yeah, thank you." Yaunna almost covered her lips for repeating 'thank you' all over the conversation. She looks like an idiot, but it was the thing she has to say.

"I'll see you later," he pursed his lips before leaving.

She admits, it was an awkward convo. She watch him walk away and fades from her sight. Yaunna looked in her hands and checked her wallet if there's something missing, 'nothing'. But... there is another thing slipped inside. She doesn't have it until she pulled it out and read a card.

"Reever Lewisham..." and there is his number. Yaunna can't help but laugh. She instantly texted the number for him to save hers.

After that, she learned that he was actually a bassist. Until Shaun struck her mind again. I wish he'd be alright... even if he forbids me on visiting him.

Yaunna looked around and found that there are few people left, she decided to find her parents that was hiding near the backstage... kissing?

'Ugh, disgusting.'

She thought of calling her mom to avoid getting them embarrassed in front of me. Her phone ring while watching her parents stop and picked up her mother's phone.

"Yaunna?"

"Um... hey, mom. I can't find you." Yaunna pretends as if she was looking for them and walks near their location.

"Were here, hon." (Y/n) said waving her arms for Yaunna to see.

Yaunna looked at the direction and saw her parents before running to them and ended the call. 'Success' She bit her lips anf greeted her parents.

"How was your fans?"

"They're kind..." Yaunna smiled to them. "Um, by the way. I want to say thank you..."

"Tch. We told you, you'll make it." Levi pulled her and ruffled her hair.

"Let's go home?" (Y/n) asked.

"Sure."

"Maybe there's always not a good day...

But there's good on every day. Hm, right?"
