Glitter or Dust? ✔️

- Dear Friend -

We have been together for a long time
but they question, aren't I bored now?

How do I pass the hours
with silence and empty spaces beside?

They don't understand, it's hurricane inside my mind
and blaring voices that float everytime.

Their presence demands attention
compelling me to entertain them.

Your company gives me pleasure
allowing me moments with my thoughts
and sometimes fascinating talks
with the higher One.

They say that I hide behind you
maybe they are true to a level.

But I'm comfortable the most
in your lovely presence.

I enjoy with them the moments
of fun and run altogether.

But I can sit and be lost for hours
in your eyes of chasm.

We built an open castle
its rooms furnished with different universe
that I found in many books
and my wild imagination.

Some might say that I am alone with you
throwing arrows in darkness,
mingling with shadows and
playing with loneliness.

But it's not loneliness, but Solitude
that is my dear friend,
who gives me freedom
to be one with my true self.
