a/n: the song Jaxon & Kimora dance to and NO SPOILING TO MY REREADERS

I thankfully made it through the school day.

I've been nothing but, a ball of nerves and not one person uttered something about my past. Brooke and Sean could say something if they wanted to. Neither of us is on good terms. I'm surprised they haven't come together and conspired a way to tear down my reputation.

Nonetheless, I was glad.

Walking out of the building, I saw Mare and Sean talking in front of his car. Mare spotted me and waved and I politely returned the gesture. Sean didn't bother doing anything.

Rude.

An arm slouched over my shoulder and I didn't worry about who it was when the smell of a rainforest filled my nose. "Did you decide where you wanted to go?"

I sighed. "No... I forgot."

Jaxon shook his head in disapproval, leading me over to his car. "So, who is the asshole who keeps giving me weird looks?"

"Who?"

Nodding his head behind him, I looked back to see Sean glaring daggers at Jaxon's back. I rolled my eyes. "That's Sean."

"So that's the reason you've been moody."

"Yeppers- wait, I was not moody!" I swatted his arm from around my shoulder. He laughed, pinching my cheek. "Yes you were, Kitten."

He unlocked the car door before opening it for me. I rolled my eyes, getting into the car. I wasn't moody. I was just aggravated about Sean coming back into my life. Jaxon got into the car and drove off, heading in the direction of my house. "So, you got any ideas of where you want to go?"

I played with the hem of my skirt, thinking about it. I didn't really want to go out anywhere. Especially since Jaxon seems to have the tendencies of splurging on expensive things. "I want to meet your parents." I looked up at him and he furrowed his eyebrows.

"Really?"

"Yeah," I smiled. "I didn't get to meet them last time because I found out who you were that one day..."

He nodded before he looked deep in thought, considering my offer. I was eager to see what his parents were like and who he got his features from. Especially his big ass ego. A smile tugged on his lips. "Fine. I'll take you to meet my parents as long as you bring yours."

I shook my head. "You don't want my parents to join. They are pretty embarrassing."

He shrugged. "So are mine. We're even then."

Then he pulled up in front of my house. He leaned on the steering wheel, gazing at me with his brown eyes. "When shall we plan this?"

"Saturday." I smiled.

He nodded. "Alright. I'll pick you up at eight for our date tonight."

"What?" I felt my head itch and I couldn't help but, scratch it. "I thought we just planned our date."

"That's a meetup for our parents we planned." He smirked and I blushed, feeling excited as he kept staring at me. I can't help but, wait until our date.

"Just make sure you don't pull a prank like you did last time."

"Alright." He chuckled. I got out of the car, making my way to the front door. It was then I realized I forgot to ask him a question and quickly turned around. He rolled down the window, raising an eyebrow indicating he was listening.
