KIMORA

"I didn't actually think you would need us," Mare said.

I shrugged, staring out the window to the dark night. "I don't know what to expect from Madison."

Kamila leaned forward from the backseat, glancing between Audrey who was driving and I. "I'm confused. What exactly is your plan, Kimora?"

"Beat Madison's ass." Audrey avowed.

Abella tilted her head. "That's not a plan."

"Sounds like one to me."

I cut in. "I have a lot of questions so she's going to answer them."

"And if she tries anything?" Mare quipped.

"Hopefully we won't have to come down to that."

Jaxon started calling me and I declined it for the fifth time. I didn't tell him anything about the girls and I going to Maddy's to question her.

I couldn't go to the police and snitch. Everything that happened between her and I was months ago. Besides, I'm pretty sure they'd choose a girl with money to sway them to say what she is innocent and I'm the crazy ass bitch.

Audrey finally made it to the big stone mansion towering over the small hill. I was a bit curious about why there was no one at the gate. Yet, it worked in our favor. If Maddy knew we were here,  I wouldn't get the surprise appearance I hoped.

Audrey parked a little far away from the mansion behind some dead trees. It hid the car pretty well so I wasn't completely worried if we all needed an escape car. I unbuckled my seat belt.

Kamila put her hand on my shoulder. "Be careful."

"Call one of me if push comes to shove," Audrey said.

Mare crossed her arms. "What come she only calls you?"

"Because I'm the first in her call log."

Abella cleared her throat. "Actually I am."

I furrowed my eyebrows. "I never added your number in my phone."

"I added it myself. It's under 'Amour'." She purred.

I shook my head at her. "I'm leaving."

I got out of the car and headed up the several steps to the large double oak doors. I wasn't nervous before but, standing in front of these intimidating doors surely made me feel small. I knocked pretty hard on the door and I could hear them echoing from within the foyer.

Within seconds, the doors opened and a butler opened the door with a stoic expression on his face. "How may I help you this evening?"
