Chapter 12

I searched through the antique book store until I came a crossed a old copy of Wuthering Heights.

I ended up buying it Zayn tried to buy it for me but I wouldn't let him.

It was starting to get dark and we were still just hanging around the small town.

"Do you wanna get a bite to eat?" Zayn asks.

"Yes."

I haven't ate all day. Since I was in such a rush this morning I didn't have any time.

We walk into a deli shop and it smells amazing my stomach growls from the lack of food. I order a turkey sandwich and Zayn orders the special.

Zayn insisted on paying so I didn't fight it this time. We walked to a bench that had the whole town in the view.

The twinkly lights were getting brighter as the sky was getting darker. I finished my whole sandwich in matter of minutes I was so hungry and it was so good.

"So you and Lauren seem pretty serious." I say trying to engage in conversation.

"I wouldn't really say that yeah we are fucking but I don't see us getting married or some shit." He says.

It kind of made me mad that he is just using her for sex but Lauren is probably doing the same thing and in a week or two see will be moved on from him.

"If you hurt her Zayn I will kill you." I say the most cliche best friend thing I can.

"I have a feeling Lauren would move on quickly." Zayn says.

"That's just who she is but I still love her." I say.

"It's getting dark we should head back." Zayn says.

I stand up and walk with him to the car. When I'm in its much warmer than outside even though I had a jacket well Harry's jacket my fingers were still cold.

The drive back to campus isn't has fast Zayn takes his time. I ended up only getting a book when I wanted to buy new clothes but there is always next month.

When we pull back up to school I thank Zayn for everything and walk back to my dorm.

When I walk in my dorm I am taken back Harry is sitting on my bed waiting. What the hell is he doing here?
