21. Hospital

Paige's pov
"All I remember is that My sister Kate and I were joking around about a crush she has and then this semi truck came plummeting into the drivers side of the car, we started spinning around and then I saw mum and Kate black out." I say talking to the policewomen
"Thank you Paige I'm sure this will help the investigation" the policewoman says walking away

The accident happened about half an hour ago and it wasn't good, mum has spinal cord damage, concussion and is in a coma she also suffered a broken collarbone, while Kate has a broken leg and had a dislocated shoulder. I only came out with bruises and called 9-1-1. They just let me into the waiting room after checking for infected cuts and broken bones. I just sit in the waiting room thinking about the accident and how I could of ended up so much worse.

"Paige Kendrick" the lady calls
"Is there anyone I can call anyone for you?" The lady asks
"Ah no thanks I'll call my mom myself" I suggest
"Wait isn't your mum in a coma?" The lady asks
"A girl can have two mums you know!" I whisper yell and storm off

I walk outside and mentally prepare myself to momma. Breath Paige just Breath. I hit call on 'Momma💓'

"Hey momma" I whisper
"Paige what's wrong... where are you?" Brittany frantically yelled
"I'm at the hospital mom and Kate aren't good." I cry
"It's okay, I'm coming sweetie" Brittany starts crying but pulls herself together

Brittany's pov
I can't believe this is happening, my precious fiancé and daughters were in an accident. I don't know how bad they are yet, I just hope Paige and I don't lose either of them.

I race to the hospital not caring that I go a few miles over the speed limit. I find a parking a rush to the front desk.
"Anna and Kate Kendrick please" I ask quivering
"Down the hall to your left ma'am" she directs me
I speed walk down the hall and turn left, then I spot Paige with tears all down her face. I run up to her a embrace her into the biggest hug I've ever given (except for Anna 😉) and let her cry into my shoulder.
"Paige where are they?" I ask
"I don't know they haven't asked for me to see them yet" my daughter cries
"Well lets go ask? Huh" I sob
Paige nods and we walk towards the receptionist
"Can we see Anna or Kate Kendrick yet ma'am" I ask
"Um Anna is still in surgery but you can see Kate" she says
"Uh what is Anna in surgery for?" I ask
"She has to get rods put in her spinal cord" the lady answers
"Uh ok.. which room is Kate in?" I ask in disbelief
"She is in room 103"
"Thanks"

So sorry I didn't post yesterday went straight to sleep which was probably a good thing. 😂💓
