If a ghost was once human
Why does it's soul still stay?
Should it not go some place
After it's dying day?
What keeps us from leaving?
Is there magic involved?
Is there a puzzle
For us ghosts to solve?
Why are we trapped
Within this ghostly plain,
Where we know no touch
From either sun or rain?
What have we done
To have deserved this fate?
What sorcery is this,
That fills my heart with hate?
Why does the world
Conspire against me?
What will it take
To set my soul free?
