Jocelyn's P.O.V I wake up to the alarm on my phone going off I turn the alarm off and get out of bed to make my way to the bathroom and take a shower

I walk downstairs to my kitchen and grab a granola bar and walk to my office to make some calls about rehab center I go in my office and sit down at my desk I open my laptop and look up the highest rated rehab center in the new York when I don't find one I like I then look up rehab centers in the area of Chicago I find one I like and I call them
"Hi this is Renee from Chicago rehab center how may I help you" the lady on the other side of the phone says "Hi I wanted to know if there are any spots open for your rehab center?" I ask her nicely "Yes there is two spots open one spot is open for the children's area and one is open for the adult area, which one are you looking for?" She asks "Adult area, my mother has been addicted to all sorts of drugs for quite a while and I want to admit her into a center before it's two late" I say to her "That's awesome sweetheart, may I ask you a few questions before we move onto prices?" She asks "Of course" I say " how old is your mother?" She asks the first question "38 years old"I answer "What's her birth date" "6/13/1980" I say to her "Okay, does she have any children under the age of 18 years old?" She asks "Yes a three years old daughter but we have someone that will watch her until my mom is able to take care of her again properly" I say "What is your mother's full name?"she asks "Janice Stephan shay" I say "How many children does she have including you?"she asks "Three children daughter 3 years son 29 years and me 26" I say to her "Okay and I know you probably can't but do you know which drugs she used?" She asks "The only two I'm very sure she is doing is opioids and cocain other then that I don't know what others she's doing"I say "Okay this is the last question. Where does your mother currently live?" She asks "The Hewlett bay park New York" I say to her "Wow that's a very pricey place to live at in New York"she says to me "Yeah it's a long story"I say laugh to her "Okay honey your mother can come in when ever she wants just tell the desk lady she needs to go to the adult area and her room is 1234D and tell her your moms name okay?" She says to me "Yes thank you very much for your time have a nice day" I say happily "You to sweetheart" she says then hangs up the phone I then sit back in my chair and think
I think about everything that is going on I'm happy that I'm one step closer to getting my moms help, now me and hank need to fly out to New York and get her here also get Julie and let Joshua know where she is going I think to myself as I hear a gun shot from outside I standup and go to my desk and grab my gun and walk to the front door and I open it and I see a man shot right in the head and I see a guy running I run after him he tries to shoot me but he misses and I see Antonio and hanks car driving toward where I'm running they see me running after him and get out of there cars and run with me I then boost myself forward and jump onto him and step on his hand he then drops the gun and Antonio puts him in cuffs I turn around and see hank around right behind "thankyou" he says "your welcome" I say to him "I didn't know you already had a gun" he says "I always have a gun on me even when you think I don't I do" I say with a little sass "That's smart" He says "Yeah I know" I say and walk away and look back at hank he just shakes his head and I walk to Antonio who is now at the body "no pulse" I say to him before he reaches down to check on the guy "innocent people dieing for no reason" Antonio says as I look towards his pocket as hank walks behind me I reach into his pocket and pull out three wads of cash "doesn't seem to innocent to me" I say and I see a guy walk by "Santa gave that to him"he says Santa a little to loud making me think that's he's signaling something "move, move" I say to hank and Antonio as we all move off the side walk and the car that was right next to us goes up in flames "uh-uh not happening I say chasing after the guy who stats running I catch him and pistol whip him in the nose "JOCELYN!!" Hank yells to me and grabs the guy "your lucky my friend isn't here he likes to punish people who have hurt or tied to hurt others" I say to the guy "your friends a big shot isn't he?" The guys says to me "yeah he is but he's closer then you think human" I hear a British accent behind me I turn around and see lucifer "hello lulu" I say "don't call me that" she says "i've told you many of times to stop calling me Jocey but you still do" I say to him while laughing "you human mortals are something that can't go left out" he says smirking "what is that even suppose to mean Lucifer?" I ask "nothing" he say "what so why are you in Chicago why aren't you in New York?" I ask "have you ever heard of the saying 'call for the devil he comes'? You called me when you talked to the guy" he say to me "okay thank you well I should be going I have some things I need to take care of" I say to Lucifer "why don't I come and help you with those things?" He says "by helping me with those things you mean going through my underwear drawer?" I ask laughing "uh no I'll help" he says blushing "oh my god your blushing" "don't say fathers name in vain" he say to me "whatever you can come if you want to, bye Antonio and hank!" I say to them they just wave me bye and me and Lucifer walk back to my house.

Like I said on last chapter I will be busy for the rest of tonight and tomorrow I'll try to get a chapter up tomorrow when I come back but I'm not positive I will most likely be tired so enjoy these chapter and pm if you want me to make a book about something you desire but I only write about a few categories
