-flashback-

"What happened Y/n?" I looked up to him. Dad didn't look the same. As he sat on that vermillion couch he glared down at me. The gash across his face was evident that I messed up. I'm only 9! What is he expecting of me?! Those kids they deserved what they got!!

"T-there was a f-fight..." I stood before him. I'm scared. He won't hurt me right? I just punched the guy in my class. It'll be fine, right? They won't hurt Mum and Dad over it will they?
"But you started it Y/n..." Everything seemed to freeze. I felt sick. I felt cold. I'm dead. He'll kill me. They wouldn't stop it. They kept saying I should just end it all and hope to be a better person in my next life. I don't want to die though.

He stood from the couch. I stepped back. He was inches from me. Everything is moving but it's too fast. It's like a blur. This isn't right. He'll hit me. I stepped back again as he stepped closer. I saw him swing his arm back but I just couldn't move.

"DAD!! DON'T YOU FUCKING TOUCH HER!!"

Then it hit me.

Y/n POV
(I miss Dabi)

"Y/n? Earth to Y/n?" I stared at my hands. I didn't know I could remember that. How weird. Wait. The vermillion coloured couch with ruffles on my armrests. I'm sat on the same couch. I'm sat where he sat.

"OI CUM DUMPSTER!!" Oh crap. I forgot I was midway through a conversation with Mum and Nino. I need to forget about the past and focus on right now. It's in the past and it'll stay there until I say it can leave.
"Nino good one!" Mum did a small slide to Nino and relished in the fact he finally returned that special high five.

"I'm listening you gonorrhoea infected cameltoe~" However when it comes down to it, I'm always the best when it comes to insulting especially if it's towards my lovely brother.
"Is this a competition now?" A small frown crossed his face but I could tell this didn't mean much to him as he slouched against this vermilli- red couch.

"If you want it to be..." I sat up straight. Posture is everything to a young lady or something like that, it was something this old hag at my old school said every time I would curve my back while sat in seat.
"Hey hey! Let's just stay focused and of course it's not a competition! You both have the credibilities of a great name-caller and honestly it is such a gift maybe even greater than quirk-"

"MOM!!"

She jumped slightly but just like usual, it didn't bother her that we could easily tell her to shut up and get on with it. I'm starting to see why Nino and I ended up the way we are, perverted nutcases. I even think Nino is worst than me. It didn't even know that was possible!

"Ok ok... I'll get on with... Y/N INVITED A BOY OVER!!" Oh dear god. She brought her hands to her chest as she jumped repeatedly across the living room. What is she? A catholic rabbit on steroids? I fell into the couch bringing my hands to my face. Maybe if I can't see them, they can't see me.

Wait. Who said that to me-

-flashback-

"If you can't see them, they can't see you..." Big brother held my wrists as he put my hands over my eyes. This so weird. I might've even giggled a bit.
"But you're still there..." He didn't answer. I waited a moment but still nothing. Oh-no, he didn't leave me right?! He wouldn't do that!!
