"romeo." i whispered. we were watching a film and i was getting tired. he turned his head to look at me, slowly. i smiled and closed my eyes. "i'm tired."
"okay. let's go back to sleep." he shut his laptop and got up.
"where are you going?" i asked. he shrugged and got back into the bed.
" can i ask you something?." he smiled. i nodded and pulled the duvet up to my chin. he stifled a laugh and closed his eyes. "can i kiss you?"
my heart started beating as i nodded. suddenly, his lips were on mine. they were soft and moved in sync with mine. i sat up and climbed onto his lap, flipping my hair round to one side allowing him to kiss my neck.
"i know this is cringe but like, will you be my girlfriend? lol." he asked. i nodded and laughed at his awkwardness.
