Chapter 27.

ZENDAYA POV
The sun peaking through the blind caused me to pull the covers over my head. I rolled over and bumped into another body

I didn't even need to pull the covers back to know it was Odell. I could see his ramen noodle looking hair peaking out from under the cover.

Everything about last night came rushing back to me

FLASHBACK
The bartender handed me my drink and I spit it out "hey can I get something different?"

"Wassup with you and O?"

Ugh I groaned and turned around to face August

"Nothing is up and I don't see how you think you just have the right to question me"

"Zendaya don't let me find out you fucking with this nigga"

"Or What August?? You gonna kill him"

"Maybe" he shrugged  "I can be a little crazy sometimes. I did kill Tatiana for fucking with Quavo"

"Wow" I shook my head "the difference is you and Tatiana were together and Quavo was your enemy. I'm not your girl and O isn't your enemy. You would never kill O or me"

"You right I wouldn't. You could me my girl tho" he pulled me to him but I pushed him away. I tried to walk around him but he gripped my wrist tightly

I glanced by too our section and seen O standing up looking our way and I could tell he knew I was mad cause he looked mad

"August you can't keep doing this. You not about to playing me like I'm booboo the fucking fool and you not about to have me out here looking like a goofy. Save that shit for your bitch!" I snatched away and jogged out the club

I had just put my hair into a bun when there was a knock on my door. I opened it and automatically started to apologize to O for running out when I knew he wanted me to try too have fun

I didn't even get too finish my sentence because he pulled me to him by my waist and softly kissed my lips. At first I didn't kiss back but I couldn't resist. I always wondered what it would feel like

He pulled away leaving his forehead against mine "fuckkk" he groaned

"O-"

"I know Zen I'm sorry I don't know what I was thinking. I know how you feel about August. I know you're vulnerable and confused. I shouldn't of done that" he turned to walk out

I grabbed his hand stopping him " you didn't have to apologize. I gripped his chin pulling his face down to reach my lips before gently kissing him

The kiss picked up and he picked me up carrying me to the bed as we continued to kiss. His teeth grazed my neck . I felt his tongue trail my neck before he came back up to kiss me. I knew I was breathing hard.

I started to undo his belt. Soon as I was about to unzip his pants he stopped me "I can't believe I'm about to say this but...I can't do it. I can't have sex with you. Not like this. Not when I know you still upset with August and this might be revenge sex. I don't want you to wake up and regret this" his gave me a soft kiss before buttoning his pants back

"Stay with me tonight" I looked up at him

"Zen I cant" he sighed "Not without knowing what your thinking right now"

"Truth?"

"Truth" he nodded his head

"I'm thinking that all day I've been wondering what your lips would feel like on mine. Everything about that kiss felt right  but it also felt wrong. Like I loved every second of it but I won't be the cause of ending a friendship"
