On my block women have to walk with men because they're afraid of what the groups on the corner might do to them.
On my block moms and pops can't get no sleep because they stay up to make sure that they babies won't get shot in the middle of the night
On my block people put teddy bear and candles by the trees and street corners because someone got killed there
On my block people shoot dice and loiter outside of the corner store everyday.
These aren't things that just happen on my block, these things happen on every block but nobody says nothing or do anything because it happens so often that people stopped caring
So here's to my block, the deadliest one in Wisconsin
