Galloping through the woods and past the farmers pasture
I command my horse to go faster
Time is ticking down ; I’m racing against clocks
My lovely princess lays her head upon the chopping block
My heart yearns and aches as I can feel her fate being fabricated into reality
The moon and stars aline, they warn me that I might not make it in time
My steed picks up the speed and I say a prayer in my heart for my love
As we cross the bridge and begin to cross town square
The sound of metal slicing through the air floats into to my ears
The air thickens and I find it hard to breath
My vision blurs and the world seems to spin
I topple down and I collide with the cold pavement
I wish I could tell you all that this all was a dream
I wish I could say that I arose from my sleep and found her peacefully, lying next to me
I wish that I could say that she didn’t die...
But I can’t
That night, a sweetest woman died
That night, my worst nightmare was made reality
That night, the fool... ran out... of time
