I fidget under the covers, checking my watch for the time 2:31. Why did I wake up this early.

I heave put a deep breathe and turn to look at Tom, he's sleeping peacefully.

His hair falling slightly in front of his face, I tuck it away and smile.

I get up slowly, peeling back the covers, trying not to wake him up.

I creep downstairs and greet Tessa, who's decided to sleep on the sofa.

I change quickly and put on some flip flops and go outside.

The pool looks warm and inviting.

I take of my top and skirt leaving me in my bikini.

I slide into the pool, it's warm.

The steam from the hot water rises up making the air slightly foggy and warm.

I grab the unicorn floatie and lie on it, staring up at the dark sky, watching the moon and the stars.

I jump off and grab my phone, tapping at it.

The song I wanted starts playing on the speakers at the bottom of the pool and I relax as my favourite song comes on

I lie back, floating on the water, watching the moons rays dance on the crystal water, casting light around me.

I swim over to the fountain running off the rocks, swimming through it into the little cove at the back.
