In high school Natsu had a tomboy as a Best friend her name was Lucy, Natsu and Lucy were inseparable they would always play basketball together and even had a secret handshake. One day there was a new girl she was the principal's daughter her name...
Lucy arrived at the Heartfilia mansion after she got her heart broken she couldn't help but cry when she saw her mom and ran into her arms whilst crying "I missed you so much mom!" she says sobbing harder. She wished her dad was here to comfort her also but he is in a better place now. At least she had her mom, she told her mom everything and Layla couldn't help but cry for her daughter every since her daughter had gotten her heart broken Layla has done everything she could she even got Lucy a boyfriend...STING.
FLASH BACK ENDS
Lucy stands in front of her mirror getting ready for her and her Fiance Sting's engagement party that her mother Layla made. Lucy didn't love Sting at all she's just using him to forget about Natsu it's been years and Lucy still didn't forget Natsu she didn't forget his hugs his words..she didn't forget anything.
Lucy changed so much, she forgot all her tomboy tendencies and matured into a beautiful curvy young woman with beauty and brains but even with all that,Lucy still felt like trash because the one she really wanted was miles away and probably happy with another girl that wasn't her and Lucy still didn't forget him it was hard for her to but all she could do this pretend that she moved on when in reality that's way far from the truth.

Lucy went downstairs and all eyes were on her as she walks down gracefully. She suddenly hears her favourite Latin song and glares at her mom Layla knew that if Lucy heard this song she is going to DANCE its in her Latin blood after all which is only like a quarter.
Layla was half Mexican so as soon as Lucy got on the dance floor she started dance every one saw her dance and looked in awe she saw both of her friends "WOOHOOO LUCY!" Erza and Levy cheer then they decide to dance also. Then every one joins even Layla decides to dance for a minute she forgot this was even an engagement party she was acting like she was at a club. Sting walks in and stares at Lucy's body move to each beat of the song Lucy can feel his eyes but she ignores it as its not the eyes she wants on her.
AFTER THE SONG FINISHES
Lucy pants and smiles at her friends "Damn that was fun" she says panting "You're right about that" Layla says panting way more. Sting walks towards Lucy and kisses her cheeks she smiles "Hey sting" Lucy says smiling at Sting "I'm so lucky to have you as a fiance Lucy.... " Sting says leaning in to kiss Lucy Lucy puts her hand on his mouth "Not now.." she mumbles with clenched teeth smiling at everyone and waving Sting huffs and smiles as well at the people.
"Awwwwwww" Everyone awes at Sting's remark. "Oh shut up people!" Lucy shouts playfully laughing . Lucy knew it didn't feel right, but she couldn't tell any one. Layla noticed Lucy was not smiling. "Okay every one today was fun but its time to wrap things up!" Layla shouts shooing people out of the mansion Every one groaned and frowned but left any ways "Bye Luce" Sting says leaning in to kiss Lucy's cheek.
Lucy's eyes widen "DON'T CALL ME LUCE!" she shouts trembling Sting looks down silently "Okay.." He mumbles "By the way i'm going away to London for the whole entire summer holiday when i do come back you're getting married to me straight away" He says trying to lighten the mood.
"Okay.." Lucy mumbles fake smiling at Sting. Layla smiles at Sting and waves him goodbye as he leaves the mansion the door closes. Lucy sighs and goes up to her room as she takes off her gown and puts it in her closet. She decides to take a long bath to relief some stress and after she's done with her bath she puts on her nightgown and decides to sleep she has a really busy day tomorrow.
