                                              an entry written for the Codename: Violet LGBTQ+ Wattpad Pride Party contest
                          Anna Redding knew five Roses, and she liked all of them. Rose #1 was kind and would always have your back. Rose #2 was on three varsity sports teams. Everyone knew that Rose #3 would be valedictorian. Rose #4 could talk her way out of any situation. 
                          But Rose #5 was different. She was free. If Anna's class was a school of fish, Rose #5 swam in the other direction. Anna liked Rose #5. She liked her a lot. Rose #5 was different. Well, the same, but different.

                          Because she was so different and because of the commonness of her name, Anna and her best friend Cassie thought it best to come up with a codename.
                          Codename: Violet. 
                          Because Rose #5 was different.
