"i wonder how i got by this week, I only touched you once"

Jaehyun opened his front door with one strained arm. Taeyong had fallen asleep in the car, and Jaehyun was once again forced to carry him. (No he wasn't, he just loved how precious Taeyong looked while sleeping).

He let out a relieved sigh when he walked through his front door and into his large apartment. He gently placed Taeyong on his black couch, not too far from his 88' LED TV.

To say he was rich was an understatement. He was more of a humble multimillionaire. His dad was part of the mafia, the leader actually, and had wanted Jaehyun to follow in his footsteps.

Jaehyun was still on the fence. A police officer as a mafia leader? The thought alone was very contradictory.  But the wealth and protection that comes with a mafia is a big pro.

Taeyong yawned, breaking Jaehyun out of his thoughts. Jaehyun smiled at the small male.

"Good morning, sleeping beauty." He spoke softly and brushed a loose strand of Taeyong's hair off his face. Taeyong lazily smiled and grabbed Jaehyun's hand that was still on his face.

"Hello, prince charming." Taeyong giggled and intertwined his fingers with Jaehyun's.

Jaehyun didn't fail to notice how delicate and perfect Taeyong's hands were, and how well they fit in his.

"I wanna meet the boy I attacked."

Jaehyun rolled his eyes playfully. "Way to ruin the moment. But I don't think that's a good idea."

Taeyong raised an eyebrow. "Why not?"

"I'm not going to lie, his boyfriend might kill you. I'm not even being dramatic. He will literally stab you with a fork or something. You almost killed the love of his life, so he's kinda salty."

Taeyong's eyes watered. He wished he could remember what happened. No one deserves to be hurt the way he hurt that boy.

"If it makes you feel any better, he forgives you." Jaehyun told him quietly.

That did make Taeyong feel a little better, but not completely. He sat up and gently laid their intertwined hands in his lap.

"I hate him, Jaehyun." Taeyong choked out.

"Hate who?"

"This monster inside me (don't even refrence the TV show)."

"Taeyong, he's not you. He's someone completely different. You can't control him, so don't blame yourself." Jaehyun lightly kissed Taeyong's hand. Taeyong blushed and buried his face into Jaehyun's shoulder.

A loud ring broke their quiet moment. Jaehyun groaned and left the couch, leaving a lonely Taeyong. The officer answered his phone, but Taeyong didn't miss the blush that spread across his gorgeous face.

Jaehyun was smiling from ear to ear, happily talking to the person on the phone. Taeyong waited patiently for Jaehyun to be done.

"Who was it?" He asked when Jaehyun hung up.

"Doyoung, he's my, uh, boyfriend?" Jaehyun sounded unsure with his answer, "He lives far away so I don't see him often. That's actually the first time he's called me this week."

Taeyong scoffed internally. Such a flirty bastard for someone with a boyfriend.

"Um, okay. Well, I'm going out." Taeyong didn't wait for Jaehyun's answer and strolled out of the house.

He was jealous. Completely vulnerable and jealous.

How could his alter ego pass this opportunity up?

Taeyong reached a dark alleyway, dizzy and dazed, before finally passing out.
