"they say we don't cry, but our eyes tell lies"

Jaehyun was sitting on his couch, waiting for Taeyong to come back. It had been almost three hours since he left and Jaehyun was starting to worry.

His foot was anxiously tapping the carpeted floors when his phone rang. He dashed off the couch and into the kitchen where his phone was charging. Jaehyun paled when he saw the name on the screen.

He tapped the green accept button with shaky hands.

"Hello, father."

"We found a friend of yours in our territory. He almost stabbed one of my men. Come get him before he gets himself killed." His father spoke and hung up before Jaehyun could answer.

Taeyong would never hurt someone, which means his alter ego was back for a while. Jaehyun grumbled to himself as he ran to his car.

"Not even a 'hi, son, how are you?'." He mumbled as he began the drive to his father's warehouse.

The moon was the only light source that illuminated the sketchy building. Mr. Jung always made sure to keep the headquarters hidden. If you weren't in the mafia, you would have no idea.

The inside was a whole different story. It was elegant and well kept. The organization ran day in and day out, steady as a clock, with Jaehyun's father in the middle of it all.

Jaehyun walked into the dark building and was greeted with a half-asleep Taeyong. He was sitting on one of the leather couches, a bag of Lays in his hand. Jaehyun walked over to him and snatched the chip bag, before shoving a handful into his own mouth.

"Hey! Those are mine!" Taeyong whined. His eyes scanned over Jaehyun's face before widening in surprise.

"You're the hot ass police officer that shot me. That hurt like hell, by the way."

Jaehyun chuckled bitterly. "I'm glad. Now come on. We're leaving." He stood and motioned for Taeyong to follow him.

The boy surprisingly did, and didn't even whine much during the ride home. Jaehyun unlocked his front door and let Taeyong in before following after him.

The very second Jaehyun shut the door, he was pinned against it, with Taeyong's lips viciously attacking his neck. Jaehyun was starting to become really annoyed with this alter ego.

He tried to push Taeyong away, but he was stronger than he looked. Jaehyun let out a yelp when the boy bit down on his skin.

"No, no, no." He yelled out and forcefully shoved Taeyong away. Said boy stumbled back just enough for Jaehyun to escape to his precious room. He locked the door and jumped onto his bed.

He glanced around his room and noticed a notebook on his side table. He grabbed the book and a pen and started a list.

Things That Trigger Taeyong's Alter Ego:

-anger
-jealousy?

Jaehyun was unsure about the jealousy. He didn't even know if Taeyong was jealous, but after the way he stormed out after his call with Doyoung, he couldn't help but wonder.

He groaned in frustration. Everything was messed up right now.

His boyfriend was starting to drift away from him, and Jaehyun suspected he was cheating.

Taeyong was messing with him. His feelings more specifically. The alter ego was his more confident side that could literally make Jaehyun drool. While his normal side was soft and innocent, and Jaehyun wanted to protect him.

Either way, he was starting to become weak for Lee Taeyong.
