"now i see your face and i just don't know you, like the picture's there but it's not quite focused"

"Did you hear a knock?" Taeyong asked Jaehyun, who just sighed in response.

"I'll get it," he grumbled as he left the bathroom. Taeyong waited for a few minutes before he heard Jaehyun call his name.

"It's for you." Taeyong stared at him in confusion, but walked to the door anyway.

He let out a gasp when he saw Ten in the doorway.

"What do you want?" He hissed. Ten chuckled nervously.

"I wanted to apologise for what happened, and maybe take you out for lunch or something. I don't know, I really need to talk to you." He rushed out. Taeyong knew Jaehyun was listening, so he had to make sure not to say Ten's name, or mention what happened. Jaehyun would kill him, for sure.

"Yeah, sure. Give me a second," Taeyong whispered and shut the door.

"I'm going out, Jaehyun." He said as he put on his Vans.

"Can I trust you with that guy?" Jaehyun asked with a scowl.

"Ew, yes. You definitely can." Taeyong shuddered at the thought of Ten touching him again.

"'Kay, have fun."

Taeyong didn't think he would be having any fun. Ten was getting progressively closer to Taeyong as they walked to the small cafe down the road, but the more they talked, the more Taeyong realized Ten wasn't that bad. He was just heartbroken.

They sat in a booth in the back of the bubble themed cafe, talking about everything and anything. Ten got mango bubble tea and Taeyong got a hot chocolate, even if it was summer.

"Hold on, I gotta go to the bathroom. Too much tea." Taeyong giggled and watched Ten exit the booth. He distracted himself by playing with the extra whipped cream in his cup.

Ten came back with a smile on his face and another drink in his hand.

"What's that?" Taeyong asked with curiosity.

"More tea, duh." Ten rolled his eyes playfully and scooped one of the bubbles out of his drink. He smirked at Taeyong before flinging the bubble at him.

"How dare you!" Taeyong gasped dramatically as Ten ducked under the table to avoid his whipped cream. Luckily for them, none of the waiters could see them making a huge mess.

"I forgive you," Taeyong randomly said when all the laughter had died down.

Ten smiled at him sadly, "Thank you, and I'm sorry."

"I know you are, silly. You already apologized."

"Not for this." Ten snapped his fingers and ducked out of the booth, leaving a confused Taeyong. When he felt someone drag him out of his seat, it became a bit clearer. But once he felt the person gently push a gun into his side, it became transparent.

Ten set him up.

Taeyong walked out of the cafe calmly. He knew if he made any indication he was in trouble, he would be killed. The person led him through the alleyways behind the cafe before stopping at a nice, black Mercedes. He opened the door and shoved Taeyong inside, who had now begun to panic. Jaehyun had no idea where he was, no one did.

He didn't even know who had just kidnapped him. Taeyong glanced around the car. Everyone had some type of mask on, except one person. Ten looked at him with sorrow.

"I'm sorry, they promised they'd find Johnny." Ten's eyes were red from unshed tears, and Taeyong would never admit it, but he forgave Ten. He knew he would do the same with Jaehyun.

The car stood still for a few minutes, but then the front door opened and Taeyong's heart dropped.

"Hello, Taeyong. It's nice to finally meet you properly." The man smiled at him maliciously. "My name's Kim Doyoung."
