YOU'RE A WHAT!?!?

Chapter 2

Naru POV

I wake up and everything around me is white, I look to my left and see jiji asleep on the chair next to my bed 'I'm in the hospital...god I hate this place'  I look down a my body and see my wounds already healed 'thanks kurama' I say mentally with a smile on my face, then I turn back to jiji

"Jiji" I say trying to wake him up without alerting any nurses. "Jiji, wake up, I wanna get outta this place" I say a bit desperately. He starts stirring in his sleep then his eyes shot open, he looked over at me and tears started welling up in his eyes.  

"Naru, Thank kami you're ok, I seriously t-th-thought you were d-dead" he says half way through tears. I look him dead in the eyes and say "Why didn't you tell me, you knew all along but didn't bother telling me anything" for a split second he genuinely seemed confused at what I said and then realisation hit him like a truck "How- how did you know" he asks, his voice a bit shaky "I met the kyuubi, HE told me everything, how he was  being controlled...EVERYTHING! even my parents, HOW COULD YOU NOT TELL ME WHO THEY WERE!!?!?" I say getting 'slightly' angry and frustrated at how the person i trusted the most in this world would lied to me "I'm sorry naruto, I really am, I didn't want you to know anything, I wanted you to grow up and live a normal life" he says looking down to his hands 

"Normal life my ass, you have no idea what i have been through this past year, getting beat to a near death everything time I walk down town, getting thrown out of every shop for having a beast inside you, YOU KNEW NOTHING!" I say now genuinely angry.

"Look naruto, I know I haven't done anything much to show how much i care for you but I really do, I swear on your parents grave that I will look out for you from now on...promise" he says holding out his pinky to me. I look at his pinky, then at him, back to the pinky, then back to him and then I slowly reach out to his pinky and we pinky swore that he will look after me from now on. "Now, why don't we get you out of this hospital" he asks a smile plastered on his face, I smile back then he picks me up and we walk outta the hospital and go back to his office 

"Kit, do you wanna become stronger so shit like this never happens again" I hear a voice at the back of my head and immediately know that it's kurama 'HECK YEAH!' I scream into my mindscape hoping it wasn't too loud "Good we start tomorrow" 

Jiji and I enter his office and he puts me down in the chair and goes over to his desk. He reached into his draw and pulls out an old thick book, he walks back over to where i was sitting and sits in the chair across from me

"This is a photo book, it's filled with your parents old memories of their friends and acquaintances, I was gonna give it to you when you were a bit older but now that you know then there's no reason for it not to be yours" 

He hands me the book and a little envelope. "This is a letter your parents wrote before you were born" 

~MY POV~

Naruto opened the envelope and pulled out a neatly folded piece of paper. Jiji looked at her a bit astonished that she could read. After reading the letter Naruto broke out into tears of happiness and sorrow "Thanks Jiji" 

"No problem, now wipe those tears off your face and then we'll go out for ramen, how does that sound"

"YAY! LET'S GO NOW" she says excitedly running out the door

To our precious daughter Naruto,

Please know that your father and I love you more than anything and we will for the rest of the hours of our lives we have left. We're sorry for what we're gonna do to you and we'll regret it even in our after life, it's the only way to save the village, once it has been done, you will be seen as a hero and you'll be worshipped and if this pitiful world doesn't appreciate that then, we'll make sure to send kurama to rip their puny human bodies into shreds and feed there souls to the grim. We hope the life you're living is one we would've wished you to have.
