"Marq, sige na! Come join us na! Promise we won't force you na pag na-boringan ka." Steph asked for the nth time as I contemplate in my room if I'm going all out on a Saturday night or just stay at home with Dad, Dylan and Stewie.
I rolled my eyes as I began to search for a decent outfit for tonight. Asan na ba yung bagong bili ko na tube top from Zara? "Eh sino-sino ba kasing andun?" naiirita kong tanong.
"You know who, Marq. Same old people. Dali na, pakita lang tayo. Promise lipat na lang tayo sa Tipple or Bad if di mo trip yung crowd. You be the leader,"
"Eh sobrang jej na nang crowd sa Early Night e, kita mo ba ang ratchet na nila last time we went there. Can't we go to BAD instead?"
Steph heaved a sigh. "Eh they rented out the VIP daw, Marq. Sayang naman."
I cringed. "Ugh, okay fine. Pero promise pag may gulo na naman, bounce na 'ko agad ah! Wala talaga tayong kasawa sawa 'e!"
Steph cheered which made me roll my eyes in annoyance. Kung hindi ko lang talaga mahal 'tong mga taong 'to – matutulog na lang ako! Maaga pa ang church bukas and I'm sure pupungas-pungas na naman ako nito. Nakakahiya.
"YAS! See you at Early Night ng 10:30PM, Marq! Be on your best self! Mwah!"
After hanging up, I decided to grab a grub downstairs since maaga pa naman. 'Be on your best self'? Ano raw? Sus. If I know, same old shit lang naman ang mangyayari. Plus, maraming beses na kami lately nagcecelebrate ng kung ano mang maisipang i-celebrate. Kailan talaga maraming celebration?! I think we're all vying to become Philippines' 'Super Rich Kids' on Instagram because of the amount of parties these people around me throw.
Ugh. Definitely not looking forward to tonight.

"As usual, ang haba na naman ng pila." I mumbled to Alexa once we reached Early Night. Buti na lang we've already learned our lesson at minake sure na nasa VIP list kami kung hindi, ewan ko na. Malamang naghintay na lang uli kami ng pwedeng kakilala na susundo sa amin.
"Marq! Alexa!" we hear an acknowledgement at di na kami nagulat nang makita namin sina Kib, Drei at Aljun approaching us. We all shared smiles and hugged each other lightly.
"As usual, pila as fuck na naman ang drama dito," mumbled Alexa which made us all hoot in amusement.
Drei pocketed his phone at nakaramdam ako ng konting kaba. Kib and Drei magkasama?! Well, this is something to talk about. I wonder nasaan na si Steph?!
"Bakit kayong dalawa lang ni Alexa?" of course, tanong ni Aljun.
"Andyan na sila sa taas, Jun. Kanina ka pa tanong ng tanong ah! Ang kulit lang? Excited?!" galit ni sabi ni Kib which earned a middle finger from Aljun.
